Users of the Internet Movie Database (IMBD.com) made the 1983 film the surprise winner ahead of classic It’s A Wonderful Life, which came in second.
The top ten includes something for the lover of every film genre. Action fans voted the first two Die Hard movies in joint third place; zany Chevy Chase comedy Christmas Vacation came in 4th followed by Richard Curtis’ 2003 romantic comedy Love Actually.
