Just when it seems Britney Spears may be able to have the semblance of a normal life, the crazy comes creeping back in.
Kevin Federline‘s brother Christopher has filed court papers claiming he is actually the father of the couple’s oldest son, Sean Preston, 7.
Christopher Federline filed a temporary restraining order against Britney in Tampa, FL, on December 18, claiming she stole his credit card, and has been blackmailing and harassing him.
“She is out of control and a maniac,” he states in the court documents, which claim Britney recently “went to Kevin’s house to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James, and [his] wallet was on Kevin’s coffee table when Britney opened it up and stole [his] Capital One credit card.”
Christopher claims Britney ran up more than $4,500 in charges on the card, and when he confronted her about it, she “laughed at me [and] told me my brother Kevin ruined her life. Britney made fun of me and told me I have a small penis.”
“She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin.”
Christopher claims he did sleep with Britney, and that he is Sean Preston’s true father, but “the public does not need to know,” he says.
According to an insider, “Chris says the fling was a mistake. He says he always felt bad about it and kept it to himself because he didn’t want Alisha, his wife at the time, to find out.”
Ummmm, okay, because they totally won’t know now that you’ve filed this lawsuit. Makes total sense.

UPDATE: The lawsuit was a hoax filed by convicted felon Jonathan Lee Riches.

I don’t have any reason NOT, to believe this story. Being from England, I read the Sun. And yes, it is another tabloid. But having been a long time reader of smut like this, I have to wonder if sometimes these things aren’t right. Like most of you, I love our little Brit-Brit. After all, she is America’s princess. After moving to the states, I had to see her in concert. Loved it….. Then I also read that book Kevin Federline’s aunty Diane wrote called “Pop Baby Krissy Doucet”. Poor girl, she really got slammed for writing it. I happen to love erotica, so I bought it on Amazon. And I now have to say, maybe…just maybe.. The book was right. Sure, Miss Story said the book was fiction. But maybe it isn’t. I hear she lied to protect the innocent…LOL. Is there really innocence in Hollywood? Besides being a hot erotica, I enjoyed the story. I could totally picture little Miss Brit-Brit doing those things. And if we have to decide if she would do that, who else to believe, but her Aunty? Maybe your little American princess really is into the ménage-a-trois scene. Sorta like that 50 shades book. Maybe Miss Story needs to fess up and tell us if she was really trying to tell us the truth. I heard Graeme Culliford from the Sun, tried to get her to admit it, and she wouldn’t say. Yet, is there anything wrong with what we as adults love to do behind closed doors? Who are we to judge? Just because you aren’t into sharing your woman in your brothers bed. Don’t judge those who do. Except of course for when they forget to use protection.
In reality, get over it folks. If Britney loves swinging, why should, we care. You love her music, and her. Enjoy her for that….. and don’t judge her if her kids come from multiple partners!
