Justin Bieber Struggling with Death of Chris Guerra

Justin Bieber was harboring a great deal of resentment toward photographer Chris Guerra previous to his accidental death while snapping pics of the singer's car on New Year's Day.

Bieber, while trying to be sensitive to the tragedy that unfolded after cops stopped his white Ferrari, had "very little respect" for Guerra, who left a Vegas casino job in March to become a freelance photographer who exclusively dogged the singer on a daily basis to capture money shots.

The pop singer is angry over lies that Guerra allegedly spread about recent situations involving himself and girlfriend Selena Gomez.

According to TMZ, Chris "flat-out lied" when he called a friend shortly before he was killed, claiming he saw Justin Bieber smoking pot in a pipe while driving his Ferrari after leaving a Four Seasons property earlier in the day.

He also claimed that Selena's car was also parked at the Four Seasons, another untrue statement according to the Bieber camp.

As it turns out the couple were together in Mexico over the weekend and planned to spend New Year's Eve together until yet another lovers spat on Dec. 30 sent her fleeing back to L.A.  He returned the next day but they did not hook up at the Four Seasons or anywhere else prior to the accident that claimed the life of Chris Guerra.

Miley Cyrus hit Twitter for a rant after hearing the news.  She tweeted, "Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes for '13.  Paparazzi are dangerous!  Wasn't Princess Di enough of a wake up call?"

"It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin's conscious as well!  This was bound to happen!  Your mom teaches u when your a child not to play in the street!!  The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices."
