R&B singer Frank Ocean racked up two encounters with California police on Dec. 30 and Dec. 31 while operating his black BMW at speeds hovering near 90 mph.
The 25-year-old singer was pulled over Sunday in the Eastern Sierra Nevada area by Mono County Sheriff's Department and cited for speeding.
Undeterred by his recent brush with the law, Ocean was stopped at 4:30 p.m. on New Year's Eve by the California Highway Patrol heading northbound near Keoughs. When the officer approached the vehicle she smelled the strong odor of marijuana.
A small bag of pot in the BMW led to a possession charge as well as a citation for driving with a suspended driver's license and having illegally tinted front windows. Ocean's license was confiscated and a passenger was allowed to drive the vehicle away from the scene.
Frank hit Twitter with a series of comments, "Repent... at least my momma luh me... hi guys, i smoke pot... hi guys, i drive a m3. that bitch fast... now i kick it in the burbs."
Ocean's rep Heathcliff Berru declined comment.
