Rapper 50 Cent was promoting his new book 'Formula 50' during a book signing event at Barnes and Noble Monday in Sin City.
'Formula 50' is a 6-week diet and fitness workout and nutrition plan, co-written by Jeff O'Connell, outlining the power of a metabolic resistance training program coupled with a unique dietary combination that will properly fuel workouts.
The buff hip-hop star said, "I want to help people make positive changes and take charge of their overall health."
He recently released his latest mixtape, 'The Big 10."
