Three nights of preliminary competition have been completed leading up to Saturday's big event, the 2013 Miss America Pageant at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
The show will air live January 12 on ABC at 9 p.m. ET and for the first time will also be simulcast on ESPN Radio.
The reigning 2012 Miss America is Laura Kaeppeler, who entered the national pageant as Miss Wisconsin. She will crown her successor from a field of contestants representing all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico tomorrow night.
The show will be hosted by Brooke Burke-Charvet and the 53 pageant hopefuls will be judged by 'DWTS' pro Cheryl Burke, 'GMA' host Sam Champion, fashion leader Bradley Bayou, former ET host Mary Hart, 'Shark Tank' mogul Daymond John, Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney, and Miss America 2009 Katie Stem Irk.
Preliminary Lifestyle and Fitness winners received $1,000: Day 1 Ali Rogers, Miss South Carolina, Day 2 Megan Ervin, Miss Illinois, Day 3 Mandy Schendel, Miss Washington.
These talent winners were awarded $2,000: Day 1 Alicia Clifton, Miss Oklahoma for her Tap performance, Day 2 Joanna Guy, Miss Maryland for a vocal selection, Day 3 Rosie Sauvageau, Miss North Dakota sang and accompanied herself on the piano.
Wondering who has the best chance? We did a little digging into the backlog of previous prelim winners who were victorious. It turns out that the past six Miss America winners were Day 1 preliminary winners in either Talent or Lifestyle. If the trend holds up it will be Miss Oklahoma or Miss South Carolina wearing the crown tomorrow night.
