Ashton Kutcher‘s house is for sale. Well, technically it’s not his house anymore. Kutcher purchased the home at 2556 Greenvalley Rd in Los Angeles, but got married and sold the would-be bachelor pad in June 2011 for $2.35 million.
The new owners have listed the house for $2.585 million.
Kutcher and his father extensively renovated the two-story, 4-bedroom home, transforming it from its original 2,002 square feet into a 3,404 square foot craftsman contemporary with an open floor plan.
Sliding glass doors throughout the home lead to the backyard with a three-tiered cascading waterfall infinity-edge pool and spa.
