Fashion designer Victoria Beckham has a full plate that includes not only running a successful fashion line but also raising four beautiful children with her international soccer star husband David Beckham. So, how does she do it?

On Sunday Victoria was a guest speaker at London’s Vogue Festival and she was quick to admit that because of her career she feels “constantly guilty” about working long hours.

Beckham remarked, “I think you feel so torn, don’t you? But I’ve got great people who handle my schedule and everything does revolve around the children.”

She explained, “So, if there’s a parents’ night or an Easter bonnet parade or a nativity play, whatever it might be, then I plan everything around that so I can always be there.”

The 39-year-old mother of Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, Cruz, 8, and nearly 2-year-old Harper, told the group, “My children are my priority and always have been. I’m up early in the morning doing spelling tests and math quizzes before the school run, then up late with a baby and a 14-year-old who refuses to go to bed.”

She takes them to work with her often, “I love having children in the office. Mine are always running around. I had one of those swingy chairs for Harper in my office and she’d bounce one way and swing into a roll of fabric and then bounce the other way and crash into a bag of samples.”

She even discussed the fact that she doesn’t smile for the camera, “I’m nice! Everyone thinks I’m going to be a cow. I understand it actually. I think the same when I see the pictures.”
