Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have listed their historic 753-acre farm in Franklin, TN for $20 million.
The couple purchased the estate on the outskirts of Nashville in 2001. The property includes 4 residences and a 12-stall barn with an 1188 square foot caretaker’s apartment above.
Beachwood Hall, the 6,856 square foot Antebellum mansion at the heart of the property once owned by fellow music legend Hank William, is in need of restoration, but as the Real Estalker points out, the house has great bones, which include a 20 foot by 40 foot entrance hall with circular floating staircase, and a paneled library.
A 3,330 square foot, three bedroom, four bathroom log house on the property has been completely restored and renovated.
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have an enviable real estate portfolio which includes their 22,000 square foot custom built primary residence in Nashville’s Forest Hills area. They listed another home in Nashville’s Belle Meade area in 2009, and they previously owned a home in Los Angeles’ Beverly Glen neighborhood.
