British singer Harry Styles, of One Direction fame, spent the weekend in California and was able to watch the NFL game between the Green Bay Packers and the San Francisco 49ers.
The 19-year-old grew up in England and has been traveling the world since Simon Cowell signed the pop boy band to his record label after their stint on 'X Factor' in 2010.
Styles famously dated Taylor Swift for a short time last year, a failed romance that inspired her hit single 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.'
Regarding Harry's passion for the Packers, he hit Twitter on Sunday with a couple of photos. In one he is raising a Green Bay helmet as he watched the action on television with two like-minded pals. He also posted the following tweet:
His obsession with the Green and Gold goes back at least as far as 2012, when he was photographed with a Packer throw draped around his body while holding a rock imprinted "DREAM."
The image was posted on Twitter a year ago with this caption, "Go pack go! First game Sunday and @Harry_Styles dares to dream of a championship this year. He's a good man!"
He is also sporting a small tattoo on the inside of his upper arm of the iconic green G.
Unfortunately for Styles, and the rest of the Packer Nation, the football gods were not with Aaron Rodgers and company on Sunday in San Francisco. They were beaten 34-28. Carry on...
