Fox & Friends will debut a new co-host on Monday, when Elisabeth Hasselbeck joins the morning show on the Fox New Channel.
Hasselbeck, 36, has enjoyed a wild ten year ride on ABC's 'The View,' with a liberal leaning panel of co-hosts who have spent the last decade bristling and bickering with her politically conservative mindset.
She'll be among friends in her new early morning opinion gig, with Steve Doocey and Brian Kilmeade weekdays beginning at 6:00 a.m. eastern.
Elisabeth hit the national scene when she appeared on 'Survivor: The Australian Outback' in 2001. She finished fourth overall and was asked to return for 'Survivor" All Stars' but declined.
A year later she wed Tim Hasselbeck, a former NFL QB turned ESPN analyst. Their children are Grace, 8, Taylor, 6, and Isaiah, 4.
The Fox & Friends trio launched a promo blitz Friday to call attention to the fact that Hasselbeck will replace Gretchen Carlson beginning September 16.
The network threw a party for Carlson and later she tweeted, "Thank u so much for a great 7 years on Fox & Friends! Will see u soon in the afternoon. Please follow me @GCarlsonTV."
