In a promo for this week’s episode of her reality show, Kendra Wilkinson reveals that she suffered a minor stroke that led to a car crash several months ago.

The ‘Kendra On Top’ celebrity was involved in a head-on collision in April on a ramp leading to the 101 freeway in Calabasas and was taken to a hospital for observation and an MRI.

Her doctor discovered a small amount of blood in her brain, strongly suggesting that the Playboy model had suffered a minor stroke.

Wilkinson withheld that scary news until now — opting to keep it under wraps until it was time to hype the episode dubbed ‘Crash Course.’

She teased on Twitter Wednesday, “After the car crash I got into, find out the other news I get while in the hospital on Friday’s episode of #KendraOnTop @WEtv 10pm.”

The former ‘Girls Next Door’ celeb, 28, is married to former NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett III. Their son Hank IV is 3.

The family did an episode of ‘Celebrity Wife Swap’ in early 2013, with Kendra trading places with Kate Gosselin, the former reality diva on the TLC show ‘Kate Plus 8 – PHOTOS HERE.
