Dina Eastwood filed divorce papers against her husband Clint Eastwood on Monday, asking a Monterey County Superior Court to officially end her 17-year union.

After announcing their split on August 30, Clint’s estranged wife had a temporary change of heart and withdrew her legal separation request on Oct. 7.

Her newly-submitted divorce filing cites irreconcilable differences and requests physical custody of the couple’s daughter Morgan, 16, spousal support, and payment of attorney fees.

Clint Eastwood, 83, was photographed in L.A. in September with Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, a woman who was once married to one of Dina’s former high school pals.

Dina told the New York Daily News, “I am saddened to see photos of Clint with Ms. Tomlinson-Fisher. I look forward to new beginnings.”

Reports indicate the woman in question has moved into Clint’s L.A. home and has been spotted driving his Mercedes Benz. In addition, her son has been working for Clint as a production assistant on the set of ‘Jersey Boys.’

The veteran actor divorced his first wife Maggie Johnson in 1984 after a 31-year union. He is father to seven children: Kimber Tunis, Kyle Eastwood, Alison Eastwood, Scott Reeves, Kathryn Reeves, Francesca Fisher-Eastwood and Morgan Eastwood.
