With her latest Weight Watchers campaign set to launch, Jessica Simpson is starting to speak publicly about getting back into shape by following the franchise weight loss plan.

The fashion celeb and mother of two reports that she is back to her pre-pregnancy weight six months after the birth of her son Ace, but is reluctant to say precisely how much she has lost.

Simpson, 33, previously lost more than 50 pounds on Weight Watchers following the birth of her daughter Maxwell last year but had little time to enjoy the results before discovering she was pregnant again.

Jessica admits, “Being pregnant for two years took a toll.”

She described the back-to-back pregnancies: “With Maxwell, I vegged out and laid around. I kind of let loose, and I gained a lot.” After learning how to eat properly she had a far easier second pregnancy. “I gained what a normal pregnant woman would gain because I was leading a healthier lifestyle.”

The self-described so-so cook employs the services of a kitchen assistant to prepare meals for the family, making it easy for her to pick up where she left off with WW’s Simple Start plan and PointsPlus program. She stated emphatically, “I saw the results really quickly.”

In addition to eating healthy, Simpson works with personal trainer Harley Pasternak four days a week for 45 minutes. “It’s a lot of resistance training, lots of lunges and squats with bursts of cardio throughout the workout.”

The Weight Watchers ambassador will kick off the 2014 winter ad campaign with a series of inspirational commercials on Dec. 25 — thus fulfilling the lucrative contract she signed with them before either of her children were born.

She and her fiance Eric Johnson are busy planning the wedding that was twice postponed. She gushed, “I’ve been pulling all kinds of sketches for dresses and colors. It’s a good goal for me. It’s good for me to feel the best I’ve ever felt when I walk down the aisle.”
