Actress Jessica Biel has developed a business plan and is reportedly moving forward with a children’s restaurant ‘Au Fudge,’ in Santa Monica.

The proposed eatery is being dubbed by some website as “Soho House for Kids,” a nod to the exclusive, members-only celebrity hot spot with locations on both coasts and abroad. According to Gossip Cop, that is NOT Jessica’s concept.

A source described the ‘Au Fudge’ concept, “It would be a place where A-listers would feel comfortable bringing their kids to dine and take part in cooking activities.”

Biel wed Justin Timberlake in October 2012 and so far they have no children. We find it interesting that she has opted to target kids with her new business model.

The actress, a budding chef, is busy hiring a construction crew, applying for all of the required permits, and is sending out proposals to potential investment sponsors.

She told Jay Leno during a ‘Tonight Show’ appearance last summer, “My friends and I have this great idea to make this cool space where you can have great food and send your kids to cool classes. I would have the bakery component . . . but I’m not a great baker — yet. Baking is really very mathematical and I’m terrible at math.”

Biel has been posting food pics on her Instagram page, including an image of cinnamon buns gone wrong. Apparently she mistook the salt for sugar – pic here.

What do you think of their concept?
