George Lopez was arrested for public intoxication after he passed out on the floor of the Caesars Windsor casino in Canada.
“Tied one on last night. Not feeling great this morning. I was trying to sleep it off, unfortunately, it was on the casino floor,” Lopez said in a statement.
Security guards at Caesars Windsor called police who arrested the 52-year-old comedian inside the casino bar.
“We can confirm that at 11:25pm Windsor police officers received custody of a male from the OPP Casino Enforcement Unit. The male was subsequently released with no charges,” said a spokesman for the police department.
Lopez had performed at the casino earlier in the evening.
