Aaron Carter Owes IRS $1 Million Plus in Back Taxes

As it turns out, Dancing with the Stars season 9 alum Aaron Carter really did have good reason to cry on the hit ABC reality show.  According to documents filed in Los Angeles yesterday, he owes the IRS $1,010,635, for unpaid taxes dating back to 2003.
