It is understandable for convicted felon Raffaello Follieri, who is looking at spending 4 years in the the pen for embezzling millions, to place the blame on someone other than himself. Anne Hathaway has had more than her share of unwanted publicity following the arrest of her boyfriend, Italian businessman Raffaello Folliere in June. He pleaded guilty on 14 counts of fraud and money laundering. The actress reportedly broke off their relationship hours before federal officials took Folliere into custody.
