Beyonce has canceled her Tuesday night concert in Belgium because the entertainer is reportedly suffering from dehydration and exhaustion.

Her publicist sent an email to the Associated Press that indicated Beyonce, who was slated to appear tonight at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp, had been advised by her doctor to rest.

Tonight’s show will be rescheduled and tickets will be honored at that time.

Bey’s next gig, slated for the same arena on Wednesday, remained up in the air. According to her rep, “She is awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision.”

The 31-year-old mother of 15-month-old Blue Ivy Carter launched ‘Mrs. Carter World Tour’ last month and won’t wrap the schedule of summer performances until August 5 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Recent reports suggest that Jay-Z‘s wife is pregnant again. We hate to point out the obvious — but her new symptoms certainly seem to fuel the baby-on-the-way rumors.

Kim Kardashian and her sisters made a guest appearance Saturday at a Sears store in Houston for the unveiling of their 2013 Spring Kardashian Kollection.

Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian were on hand with their sister to sign autographs and participate in a Q&A session during the in-store launch of their fashion line in Texas.

Mother-to-be Kim and her sibling business partners posed for photographers who were eager to capture more baby bump photos. Suffice it to say, Kim seemed to enjoy giving them a side profile eyeful.

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashian’ reality star tweeted an Instagram photo showing some pregnancy puffiness. She captioned it, “Swollen feet or a new Givenchy tattoo?”

Kim has been on the go since finalizing her divorce from Kris Humphries. The family headed to New York for an E! event and then it was on to Greece for a “family vacation” that was captured by the ‘KUWTK’ film crew.

The moment the reality show project wrapped, she jetted off to Paris to spend a few days with baby daddy Kanye West, who didn’t look at all pleased to be in her presence while they strolled the French shops.

Dour looking baby daddy and his mother to be out and about in Paris

After spending a week in Greece “vacationing” with the ‘KUWTK’ family, Kim Kardashian was whisked away by private jet to Paris and into the loving arms of her baby daddy Kanye West.

Well, we made up the part about the loving arms … and you certainly wouldn’t take that leap based on the latest gallery of images captured in the City of Lights earlier today.

Kim wore a long coral-hued maxi-dress that she paired with a black sweater for their excursion among the shops. Kanye appeared to be several steps removed from his lady love at all times and neither of them seemed to be enjoying the outing.

The only half-smile exhibited by Kardashian was when a handler held an umbrella over her head to shield her from the rain.

By contrast, in London yesterday an exuberant Duchess Kate made a public appearance and was beaming as she revealed her baby bump – view that gallery here.

Both women are due to deliver their first child in July. A recently announced edict by Kim and Kanye — no baby gifts please.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge received a warm welcome from the crowd during her visit to Naomi House Children’s Hospice in Hampshire on Monday, April 29.

The charity, opened by Prince Charles in 1997, supports children with life-limiting conditions and their families. It provides music therapy, computer space, art and play areas as well as multi-sensory and hydrotherapy suites.

Her Royal Highness, aka Kate Middleton, looked lovely in a peach-hued Tara Jarmon cotton twill coat worn open over a dress in a paler shade.

The day marked her second wedding anniversary that is being spend away from Prince William, who is on duty as a helicopter pilot with the Royal Air Force.

The mother-to-be taped a special PSA video a few days ago at Clarence House to bring awareness to Children’s Hospice Week. Check it out below:

Kim Kardashian was rocking a black satin tuxedo dress at the E! Upfront red carpet event in New York City earlier this week.

The 32-year-old pregnant reality celeb looked decidedly comfortable in her maternity dress that revealed a fair amount of cleavage in addition to her growing baby bump.

Kanye West reportedly hooked up with his baby mama earlier in the day after flying in from Paris, where he has spent the past few months recording music.

During the E! event, the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star revealed, “At the beginning I was having a hard time. I think I’ve gotten past every weird, awkward phase and stage and I feel really good.”

She explained, “There’s a whole new thing that happens within you when you feel the baby start to kick. So, I’ve really started to embrace it and love it.”

Reports suggest that West was keeping his distance until KK finally resolved her uber-long divorce action with Kris Humphries. Now that she has finally gotten that contentious business behind her … who should resurface but the baby daddy. Coincidence? We think not.
