President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, and their daughters, Sasha and Malia, sat for their first official White House portrait in the Green Room on September 1, 2009.

President Barack Obama delivered the keynote eulogy at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Basilica in Boston for his colleague and friend Senator Edward Ted Kennedy.
