Amy Winehouse Granted Divorce From Blake Fielder-Civil (PHOTOS)

The much talked about divorce between Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil has finally occurred. After two years of a very dysfunctional marriage, a London court judge today granted the couple a divorce after a hearing that lasted a mere 75 seconds.

Neither Amy nor Blake were present at the hearing but court papers showed that the singer admitted to adultery. Blake has stated that his marriage to Amy was intolerable and that in April of 2008 she confessed to cheating.

The two have not lived together since she admitted to stepping out on her marriage. When reports first surfaced in January that Blake was seeking a divorce, Amy publicly said that she would not allow it. She has apparently had a change of heart and in a matter of six weeks their marriage will be over.

Blake Fielder-Civil to Be a Father

Did you shudder when you saw the headline? We did! The good news is that musician Blake Fielder-Civil didn’t get his current wife Amy Winehouse pregnant. Instead, Gilleen Morris has stepped forward and announced that she is with child and Blake is the baby daddy.

Morris already has two other children and reports that she is six weeks along with Blake’s baby. The two met when they were both seeking treatment for addiction issues in Sheffield, England. Technically Blake is still married, although he filed for divorce in January.

Gilleen has said that Fielder-Civil was shocked by the news initially but plans to stand by her side to raise their child. The mother-to-be said that she initially planned to have an abortion because she didn’t want more children and thought that Fielder wouldn’t embrace the idea of fatherhood. Shocked by Blake’s support, she has decided to keep the baby.

Now wouldn’t it be fun to see crazy Amy’s reaction to the blessed news? The singer is in St. Lucia and has been photographed hanging out with the town children. Good news for Winehouse…the pregnant woman appears to be steeped in her own world of crazy and has said that if Amy wants to be the baby’s “step mom”, that would be fine as long as there aren’t any drugs or self harm.

Amy Winehouse Won’t Allow Blake to Divorce Her

Just when we thought Amy Winehouse and her reincarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil may finally end their union, amid reports that he has filed for divorce, she says no way. “I still love Blake, I won’t let him divorce me.”

With all the recent photos of Amy on vacation in St. Lucia with her new “boyfriend” Josh Bowman, one would think she has already moved on but apparently not so. She recently told reporters, “Josh was lovely. But it was a holiday thing. I’ve got my Blake.”

People magazine spoke with Blake’s mum, Georgette Civil who said, “It will go through this time, it will go ahead.” All of Britain is hoping she is right.

The one thing that is clear is that Amy is still in desperate need of help. Although the singer says she is not doing drugs – do we really think she would say, ‘Hey, I’m screwed up 24/7′? No. Amy’s reason for not wanting to let Blake go seems to make perfect sense to her:

“Blake is the male version of me. We’re perfect for each other. I don’t want to go back home to England. I want to wait here for Blake.”

Would somebody please end this marriage already and get Amy into a lockdown treatment facility with 24 hour watch. She can be helped!!

Blake Fielder-Civil Ordered Back to Prison

Well that was short-lived. Blake Fielder-Civil, who was released from prison early on the condition that he enter rehab, is back in the slammer. Kate Anderson, his lawyer, confirmed that Blake has indeed landed back in prison. While his lawyer isn’t stating the reason for his return, other sources are saying that the junkie failed a drug test. What a joke!

That doesn’t bode well for old Blake because once you are recalled to prison you must serve the remainder of your sentence and for him that means he won’t set foot outside again until sometime in 2010. He was originally sentenced to serve 27 months for attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Last week Fielder-Civil said he needed to let Amy go and admitted that he is the reason for the addiction that is destroying her. The Sun newspaper reports that he ran from the rehab facility last night in order to see Amy and beg for her forgiveness. His deeply trouble wife, Amy Winehouse, is currently in the hospital.

Leave her alone Blake and continue on with your own journey to ruin your life. Maybe, just maybe, someone will be able to help Amy.

Blake Fielder-Civil Confessions Caught on Tape

This is something we have all probably figured out on our own over the last couple of years, but Blake Fielder-Civil is taking full blame for his wife Amy Winehouse and her destructive addictions.

Britain’s News of the World is reporting Blake’s confession, stating that he said:

“I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming. I feel more than guilty–now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love.”

Blake was released from Highpoint prison on November 5th and went directly into a treatment facility as part of a plea bargain for early release. Fielder-Civil never let his bride know that he was being released early and the couple have not seen each other.

Check out the photo above – it looks like prison has done Blake some good. Perhaps Amy would also benefit from some clink time. Thus far, the authorities have continued to coddle her, which has not done anything to improve her situation from all outward appearances.

Trouble ridden singer Amy Winehouse must be thrilled now that her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been released from the Highpoint Prison in Suffolk, England. Blake was sentenced to 27 months behind bars for causing bodily harm and perverting the course of justice.

Released this morning, sources are saying that Blake has already entered a drug rehab facility in Surrey. One would think with all the time spent in prison that he would have his drug problems under control but not so. There have been numerous reports that he was still using substances while behind bars.

Word is that a deal was struck that enabled him to enter rehab in exchange for early release. Winehouse has yet to see her husband because she has been dealing with her own health issues which include treatment for an lingering chest infection. Amy is expected to see Blake by the end of the week.

Amy Winehouse has been cleared of any wrongdoing in an ongoing investigation that saw her arrested in December on suspicion of witness tampering.

According to her spokesman, Chris Goodman, “Amy is pleased to be discounted from the investigation and thanks the police for their professionalism in their dealings with her.”

Amy’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who remains in jail, is accused of assaulting a pub owner and then later attempting to pay him off to withdraw as a witness. Winehouse did not attend her husband’s arraignment on Friday to the dismay of the awaiting paparazzi. She was traveling to Paris to perform at a Louis Vuitton party.

Blake pled not guilty during the two hours proceedings. His next court date is in April.

Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who has failed three random drug tests while incarcerated, has reportedly overdosed on a mixture of heroin and “another toxic substance” in London’s Pentonville prison.

Guards found Fielder-Civil writhing in his cell and immediately began emergency procedures to save his life. Blake and six other prisoners took the drug and fell ill within moments.

A prison spokesman said, “A small number of prisoners were treated in health care following the consumption of an unknown substance.”

Last week Blake reportedly told Amy that he tried to hang himself in his cell. Prison officials quickly denied that there had been a suicide attempt.

Fielder-Civil is currently awaiting trial on assault and witness tampering charges, meanwhile, Amy Winehouse has been trying to get clean and racked up five awards at the Grammys last week, dedicating an award to “my Blake, incarcerated.”
