American Idol season six runner up, Blake Lewis, has scored a record deal with 19 Recordings/Artista Records.  His album should be released at the end of the year.

Clive Davis says of Lewis, “Blake has a strong music sensibility and knows who he is and what his music should represent. His collaborators are all knocked out by him.”

I hope Blake will remember that that beat-boxing should be a condiment and not the main course.
