Surely Britain’s Got Talent contestant Susan Boyle must be jumping for joy. Amazon.com just announced that her upcoming album I Dreamed a Dream, not yet available, is already on their bestsellers list.

Gerry Boyle, brother of singing sensation Susan Boyle, told GMTV on Friday that his sister had been released from the London Clinic where she had been treated for a severe panic attack.
