Shane West Proves Partying Too Hard is Harmful

Is there a doctor in the house? Actor Shane West, who played Dr. Ray Barnett on the hit show ER, partied so hard that he took a digger and cause a little bodily harm to his face.

It must of been one hell of a night out…West and his friends partied it up at Boulevard3 in Los Angeles and took in a Katy Perry concert. After the show they took their party back to the privacy of Shane’s home, where the good times continued.

There is no proof that there wasn’t a hole in the floor, or that one of his friends tripped him, or that he his leg fell asleep, causing Shane to fall on his face. In any case… you get the drift. He fell and ended up with some major bruises and cuts.

RadarOnline.com claims the actor and musician was forced to lay low for a few days but was able to attend a scheduled concert for his band The Germs.

Not everyone is goofing off in our gallery below. Some of our subjects were just not very photogenic and would most certainly prefer to see the candid moment buried forever rather than see it offered up for posterity.

Chris Jericho Racial Slurs Land Him on TMZ (VIDEO)

WWE star Chris Jericho is being called out for inappropriate remarks that he made while doing a Q&A session two weeks ago at the Sacramento Horror Film Festival.

Chris was at the event for the screening of his recent cameo role in a film project. While he was on stage he called the moderator “Hadji” several times, a term considered a racial slur against Middle Easterners.

The wrestler also took a pot shot at Paris Hilton. The host of the event, in a joking manner, grabbed the beverage glass from Chris to see what he was drinking. Chris said, “It’s apple juice…fag.”

Of course TMZ has given Jericho a chance to defend his actions and he admits, after viewing the tape, that his comments were indeed inappropriate. He has since apologized to anyone he may have offended. He said that they were all having a great time on stage and that he and the moderator even shared a cocktail after the event.

Chris said that the best part of this story is that his dream of being posted on TMZ has finally materialized.

Emma Watson Wardrobe Malfunction PHOTOS

Emma Watson, 19, experienced what we often refer to as a Wardrobe Oops! during a premiere showing of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in London a few days ago. Watson has starred in the recurring role of Hermione Granger in the successful film series since age nine.

Watson graced the red carpet in a split front flowing gown and parasol on July 7. The event was moving along as planned until Watson greeted one fan at the same time the front of her dress parted to reveal her underwear.

David Letterman had some fun at Emma’s expense, revealing photos on his late night talk show while encouraging her to discuss the matter. She remarked, “At least I’m wearing underwear.” She then lamented, “I’m still learning this stuff.”

Joyce DeWitt Arrested for DUI (MUGSHOT PHOTO)

Best known for her role as Janet Wood on the popular 80’s sitcom Three’s Company, former actress Joyce DeWitt found herself behind bars on Independence Day for driving under the influence (DUI) in El Segundo, California.

The 60-year-old was pulled over for driving past a barricade and after she failed the sobriety tests, she was booked and cited by officers at the El Segundo Police Department. Joyce was released a few hours later after posting a $5,000 bond.

DeWitt turned her back on Hollywood after the very successful sitcom run ended with co-stars John Ritter and Suzanne Somers. She cited the fact that she had been treated so poorly by the producer’s and director’s during her eight years on Three’s Company, that she was washing her hands of show business.

She has been in a long term relationship with Hollywood lawyer Henry Bushkin.

Alec Baldwin Mail Order Bride Joke Causes Uproar (Video)

30 Rock star Alec Baldwin was joking around recently on The Late Show with David Letterman about getting himself a mail-order bride from the Philippines. His flip comedic statement might have been a mistake. In fact, he has angered a Phillipine Senator, who is hitting back hard with a prediction that the actor may face violence if he ever visits.

The actor is no stranger to controversy. The public divorce between Baldwin and actress Kim Bassinger became a ‘he said, she said’ war of words that played out on the world stage. It even caused a heated controversy involving his 13 year old daughter Ireland, when a taped conversation that the actor left on her cell phone hit the internet. In the audio tirade, he unleased a firestorm of rage on his daughter, calling her a thoughtless little pig.

Baldwin told Letterman that he would love to have more children. He explained to the talk show host that he is “thinking about getting a Filipino mail-order bride at this point…or a Russian one.”

Philippine Sen. Ramon Revilla called Baldwin arrogant and labeled his remarks insensitive, uncalled for and an insult to millions of Filipinos. Revilla went on to say that it is against the law to buy a “mail-order” bride. In what sounded very much like a threat, he said, “Let him try to come here to the Philippines and he’ll see mayhem.”

Carrie Prejean: How Old Was She REALLY in Racy Photos?

There seems to be a discrepancy on whether Miss USA California Carrie Prejean was really 17 years old, as she claims, at the time when the racy photos circulating one the internet were taken. A former pageant sponsor says Prejean was without a doubt an adult when the pictures were taken.

TMZ is reporting that the former pageant sponsor, who doesn’t want his name used, swears that Carrie was a consenting adult when the photos in question were taken. The source said that some time after January 6th, 2009 they were contacted by Carrie and that she sent him a topless photo wanting his opinion on whether she was in good enough shape to have a real shot in the Miss USA Pageant. That date is significant because that is when Prejean got her breast enhancement, paid for by the pageant.

TMZ obtained four topless photos and didn’t publish them because they were led to believe that she was a minor. The former pageant sponsor said the photo that was sent to him was post-op, which would prove that she was well over 18.

News should be breaking this morning on what the Miss California USA pageant plans to do about their wayward beauty queen. Donald Trump plans to follow up with his own news conference tomorrow to discuss the situation and give a final determination. He owns the Miss USA pageant organization and will have the final say. He has been lenient in the past with other winners who have strayed. We’ll be carrying those update when they occur.

Kiefer Sutherland Turns Himself Over To Authorities (Photos)

Actor Kiefer Sutherland turned himself over to authorities at 4 p.m. yesterday at the New York First Precinct, where he was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault. The arrest stemmed from an incident last weekend where he headbutted designer Jack McCollough while attending a Met Ball after party.

Kiefer was fingerprinted and photographed and then was able to leave the station around 6 p.m., after spending two hours in police custody.

Normally, a third degree assault charge is not a big deal in the eyes of the court. However, Sutherland has other legal issues. He is currently on probation for multiple DUI offenses, served 48 days in jail last year, and could end up serving a year behind bars and be levied a $1,000 fine if the court is not sympathetic.

As far as the headbutt goes, word is the designer bumped into, and knocked over, actress Brooke Shields. Sutherland claims that he was just defending the actress. Brooke’s rep said nothing happened to her. In fact, Brooke blames the fall on a combination of factors, including her six-inch heels, the late hour and the fact that it was crowded and dark at the party.

Sutherland is due back in court on June 22.

Jennifer Garner was photographed today doing what she does on a daily basis. The actress was picking up her adorable daughter Violet Affleck from nursery school. Some savvy shutterbugs caught more than the celeb bargained for, we’re guessing, when they managed to capture a glimpse of her underwear as she was bent over in the process of buckling her daughter into her car seat.

That, in and of itself, would have been embarrassing. Adding insult to injury, Garner had a rip in her pink undies. We can easily imagine how this happened, as it has in fact happened to nearly all of us at one time or another. We are in a hurry and tug too hard. Oops!

Mothers around the globe have warned their offspring for generations to ALWAYS be mindful of the underwear that they don before exiting the house. We’re just saying….

Joe Jonas “Asian Eyes” Photo

One must wonder why Joe Jonas would put himself in the spotlight with a recent photo that surfaced of him making “Asian Eyes”, just weeks after the controversy that Miley Cyrus went through over the same deal.

The OCA, an organization that represents Asian Pacific Americans in the U.S., released a statement after Miley allowed herself to be photographed with a group of friends, mocking the Asian population.

“The photograph of Miley Cyrus and other individuals slanting their eyes currently circulating on the Internet is offensive to the Asian Pacific American community and sets a terrible example for her many young fans. This image falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent…”

Our guess is this is an old photo that is just surfacing now, or at least…we hope so. It will be interesting to see what the OCA will have to say to Joe about his poor choice in mocking other cultures!
