The Victorian home used as the exterior of The Mary Tyler Moore Show‘s famous bachelorette pad is for sale.

The house, which is shown in the opening sequence, is depicted as an apartment building on the show, where Mary lived in an upstairs apartment, her best friend Rhoda lived in an attic apartment, and landlord Phyllis lived on the main floor.

In reality, there are no apartments in the 9,500-square-foot home located at 2104 Kenwood Pkwy in Minneapolis, MN. According to listing information, there are 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms; a gourmet center island kitchen with high end stainless and integrated appliances which opens to a family room; ornate millwork, bayed rooms and leaded glass transom accents throughout; a third level family room; and a 3 car garage.

The Carolwood Estate, which sits on the property once owned by Walt Disney, has been listed for $90 million.

The original home on the property, which was  sold to investor Gabriel Brener, had to be torn down due to asbestos concerns. The current structure, which measures 35,000 square feet, was finished in 2001.

The 8 bedroom, 17 bathroom home opens with a two-story oval foyer with plaster-veneered walls, crown molding, and statuary and verde jade marble flooring, according to the listing. A grand staircase off to the side leads to rows of suites used as children’s rooms.

The three-level mansion features a wine cellar, a movie room, three bars, a library, a gym, eight bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and two safe rooms. Staff quarters are accessible from a service entrance at the garage. There is a swimming pool with a pool house, a tennis court and a putting green.

In the 1950s, Disney had a barn on the property, which held his projects, including a miniature steam train which lead to his plans of Disneyland. After the sale of the estate, the barn was dismantled and reassembled in Griffith Park, where it is now a museum.
