Happy Birthday Miss Universe! Stefania Fernandez PHOTOS

The newly crowned Miss Universe 2009 Stefania Fernandez did some pre-birthday celebrating today with Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton. Fernandez, a Venezuelan model, will turn 19-year-old on Friday, September 4.

The beauty queens, who live together in a Manhattan penthouse, participated in a photo call on the Top of the Rock Observation Deck at Rockefeller Center when Dalton surprised Fernandez with a box filled with cupcakes.

Several interesting situations have cropped up for pageant owner Donald Trump this week. A Miss Universe choreographer accused the real estate tycoon of pageant fixing, with allegations that Donald Trump hand picks some of the finalists prior to judging.

The other dilemma involves Miss USA first runner-up Carrie Prejean, who filed a lawsuit in California earlier this week, claiming that the Miss California USA co-directors Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler engaged in religious discrimination, libel and slander.

A Miss Universe choreographer gave an interview to Guanabee in which he claims that Donald Trump hand picked six of the finalists before any judging took place at the recent international pageant in the Bahamas – see photos here.

According to Michael Schwandt, the pageant owner “popped in before the telecast and we lined up all the girls in alphabetical order behind microphones. And they said their name, age and country. He basically walked by and had an assistant take notes on all the girls. And it’s just kind of common knowledge that he picked six of the top fifteen single-handedly.”

Trump, who also owns the Miss USA pageant, claims to have adopted this practice because he fears that if he leaves the task solely up to the judges, some of the most beautiful women would not make it into the top 15 – something he claims has happened before he began making his own personal selections. Apparently because he owns the organization, he has anointed himself ‘judge supreme’.

The judging process looks at how each contestant fares in swimsuit, evening gown and interview to determine who makes it into the finals. That process has previously prevented some of the most beautiful women from making it into the Top 15 until ‘The Donald’ decided to take matters into his own hands.

One of Trump’s little headaches, first runner-up to Miss USA 2009 Carrie Prejean, launched a lawsuit yesterday against two Miss California USA pageant directors. Check out her claims here.

Actress, television personality and socialite Marla Maples is currently in London with her teenage daughter Tiffany Trump. The mother-daughter duo looked pleased to be photographed together. It is quite obvious that 45-year-old Marla works at staying in shape because she and 16-year-old Tiffany appear to be the same size–we’re guessing size 0.

Maples was married to billionaire businessman Donald Trump in 1993. The union lasted six years, with the couple divorcing in 1999. Daughter Tiffany is half-sister to Donald Jr., Eric, Barron and Ivanka Trump, who recently announced her engagement.

Donald Trump New Owner WWE Raw (VIDEO)

Donald Trump was a guest on WWE’s Monday Night RAW. Not a normal guest, mind you, but the new owner. Vince McMahon, known as “The Chairman of the Board”, made the announcement and will reportedly give his farewell speech on next Monday night’s show.

Launched in 1993, the show aired their 800th episode in September 2008. Trump will do a commercial free show June 22, 2009 on the USA Network and will take center stage to run things.

Miss California USA Carrie Prejean Fired (PHOTOS)

Donald Trump has finally decided that it is time to put his now famous phrase “You’re Fired” to use. Miss California USA Carrie Prejean got a reprieve from the owner of the Miss USA pageant less than a month ago and apparently his protege hasn’t been living up to her contract. Trump issued a statement today stating that Prejean failed to honor her commitments as Miss California USA and the end had come for the ‘media seeking diva’ – our description…not his.

First runner up Tami Farrell will now step forward to fulfill the duties of Miss California USA. We’re guessing that Shanna Moakler is getting a good laugh out of this one. Shanna quit as the co-director of the Miss California USA pageant in May after disagreeing with The Donald.

Trump released the following statement: “I told Carrie she needed to get back to work and honor her contract with the Miss California Organization and I gave her the opportunity to do so. Unfortunately it just doesn’t look like it is going to happen and I offered Keith Lewis, Miss California USA pageant director, my full support in making this decision.”

Shanna Moakler Steps Down as Miss California USA Pageant Director

We’re not sure if she quit or was fired, but suffice it to say that Shanna Moakler is no longer a co-director of the Miss California USA organization. We’d be willing to bet that Donald Trump, who owns the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageant organization, may have brought some pressure to bear on the vocal pageant executive after the treatment that Carrie Prejean received from Moakler and co-director Keith Lewis following the Miss USA pageant. Too many bridges were burned for her to continue.

Moakler told Us magazine, “Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign from the Miss California USA organization. I cannot with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it.”

On Monday, one day prior to Donald Trump’s news conference, the co-director’s of the Miss California organization appointed Tami Farrell, first runner-up to Carrie Prejean, to a new role as Beauty of California Ambassador. Her new job was to fulfill any duties that Prejean might not be able to carry out. It would seem that that newly created post will no longer be necessary.

Donald Trump held a press conference at 11:00 a.m. at Trump Tower in Manhattan on Tuesday, May 12, 2009. As the owner of the Miss USA pageant organization and the Miss Universe pageant, he made a pronouncement on the fate of Carrie Prejean, the first runner-up to Miss USA 2009, who is also the reigning Miss California.

The verdict is that Carrie Prejean will KEEP her title. Prejean took the podium after Trump made his decision public and she made a tearful speech, bringing her religion to the forefront in the context of her comments. She said that the second and third sets of topless photos were photoshopped. She reaffirmed her commitment to the Miss California organization and will serve out her reign.

The gorgeous blonde sparked controversy last month when she suggested that marriage should be strictly between a man and a woman. She was summarily dissed by the Miss California USA organization co-directors Keith Lewis and Shauna Mockler, who denounced the way she answered judge Perez Hilton’s gay marriage question.

Prejean has not had any direct conversation with the Miss California USA organization since the pageant in Las Vegas. They named first runner-up Tami Farrell to a special post as their 2009 Beauty Ambassador as a short term measure so that public appearance commitments could be fulfilled in Prejean’s absence.

Then photos surfaced of a scantily clad Prejean. She claimed they were taken when she was an impressionable and naive seventeen year old. Now come semi-nude, topless photos, reportedly snapped after she had a breast implant procedure that was financed by the Miss California pageant organization.

In an interesting side note, Prejean’s high school wants to honor her. According to Trustee Jim Gibson of the Vista Unified School District in Southern California, they want to make June 1, 2009 ‘Carrie Prejean Day’. The school board will take a vote at their May 14 meeting to honor the 2005 Vista High School graduate.

Gibson said, “We’re setting her up as an example. As far as I’m concerned, she’s a great role-model and she’s a person who needs to be emulated.”

Carrie Prejean: How Old Was She REALLY in Racy Photos?

There seems to be a discrepancy on whether Miss USA California Carrie Prejean was really 17 years old, as she claims, at the time when the racy photos circulating one the internet were taken. A former pageant sponsor says Prejean was without a doubt an adult when the pictures were taken.

TMZ is reporting that the former pageant sponsor, who doesn’t want his name used, swears that Carrie was a consenting adult when the photos in question were taken. The source said that some time after January 6th, 2009 they were contacted by Carrie and that she sent him a topless photo wanting his opinion on whether she was in good enough shape to have a real shot in the Miss USA Pageant. That date is significant because that is when Prejean got her breast enhancement, paid for by the pageant.

TMZ obtained four topless photos and didn’t publish them because they were led to believe that she was a minor. The former pageant sponsor said the photo that was sent to him was post-op, which would prove that she was well over 18.

News should be breaking this morning on what the Miss California USA pageant plans to do about their wayward beauty queen. Donald Trump plans to follow up with his own news conference tomorrow to discuss the situation and give a final determination. He owns the Miss USA pageant organization and will have the final say. He has been lenient in the past with other winners who have strayed. We’ll be carrying those update when they occur.

Donald Trump will announce his decision today on what action will be taken against Miss California, Carrie Prejean, for the recent controversial photos that have hit the internet. This girl is busy! First gay marriage uproar, breast implants paid for by pageant, naughty photos surface and now a porn offer.

The biggest adult film company in the world, Vivid Entertainment has sought out Carrie and have offered the blonde beauty $1 million to star in a “adult film”. In a proposal that was sent to Prejean on Wednesday, Vivid made it clear that this was strictly a “business offer and has nothing to do with your religion or personal beliefs.”

You may not want to get too excited about Carrie heading down the porn path. We’re guessing she will turn down the offer. Check out what Carrie Prejean had to say about her newly unveiled racy photos.

Prejean made headlines with the answer that she gave to the gay marriage question that celebrity judge Perez Hilton asked her during the final few minutes of the Miss USA broadcast. Check it her response along with his two-cents.

Outspoken comedian Andrew Dice Clay will be one of the “stars” to appear on this season of Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump. Is the boardroom big enough for both of their egos?

Donald apparently asked the celebrities who they thought was the most famous person in the boardroom and of course got what he was looking for, major kissing up by all the the celebrities, including Clay who said, “You are, sir. You are the biggest star in the room.”

Clay has changed his tune and is now referring to Trump as “Donald Chump”, which seems fitting to us. While talking smack to his friends, he said, ” One hundred years from now, when people are looking back, you think people will think Trump or Dice? I get crazy from that (bleep).”

Behind the scenes sources report, “Dice can say what he wants, but Donald really roughed the guy up. Clay was like a trained little puppy when Donald got through with him.”

The show will premiere on March 1st. Other celebrities appearing this season include Joan Rivers, Dennis Rodman, Jesse James, Brian McKnight, Khloe Kardashian, Clint Black, Tom Green, Herschel Walker, Scott Hamilton and Brande Roderick.
