Are you thinking what we’re thinking? Miss Universe 2009 couldn’t find anyone better than Heidi Montag to perform for the worldwide LIVE broadcast? Decked out in sequined pants and matching bra, the blonde belted out her rendition of Body Language.

The performance was Heidi’s first LIVE televised gig and we can’t help but wonder what Donald Trump was thinking. Thankfully, half of her performance was not visible to viewers, who were shown the Miss Universe contestants instead, hearing only the music.

Montag gave this quote before hitting the stage, “I think people don’t know what to expect, and how can they? It’s my first performance live and it’s in front of a half a billion eyes. I’m very excited to show everyone what I am coming with.”

Celebrity Quote of the Day: Heidi Montag

You don’t see too many stories about Heidi Montag or her husband Spencer Pratt on our site and frankly it’s because…they can be, dare we say….nauseating. To prove it, we wanted to share what Heidi had to say about “herself” and her plastic surgery.

In an interview for Playboy magazine that was conducted by Spencer, this is what she had to say, “When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys.”

Heidi has also had a nose job and plans to get more work done shortly, referring to her future changes as “touch-ups” and “upgrades.”

No interview would be complete without a few words from Spencer. He weighed in on her recent photo spread for Playboy magazine, “I wanted to shut down production after every outfit change so I could enjoy her all to myself.”

We are sure the rest of the interview is equally self-serving and nauseating! We will admit she has a great bikini bod–see more Playboy photos here.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were on hand last night at the premiere of GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra in L.A. They had an ulterior motive when they hit the red carpet. They were showing off an advance copy of the September issue of Playboy.

Montag posed for the photos after returning from Costa Rica, where she and Pratt had an ever-so-brief stint on the summer reality show I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!

She made her NBC appearance on the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant in Las Vegas on August 23 – see winner photos here. Check out her performance here.

The swimsuit competition took place on August 9 – see bikini parade here.

Heidi and Spencer Pratt Return to Costa Rica

Tweedle-dum and tweedle-dee can’t seem to make up their minds. Spencer Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag Pratt have been in a public dispute about their time in the jungle while filming the NBC reality show I’m a Celebrity…Get me out of Here!” All must be forgiven because they have gotten back on a plane and are returning to Costa Rica.

The couple flounced into and out of the show multiple times during their brief stint, and then hit the talk show circuit to complain about their shoddy treatment. TMZ is reporting that they think the quarrel between Al Rocker and Heidi was all a big network scam to drum up interest in the summer reality show. Watch the video here.

At any rate, all of the contestants will be reuniting for the NBC Season 2 finale, which airs on Thursday, June 25.

Heidi Montag recently returned from a very short stint in the jungles of Costa Rica for the hit summer reality show I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! She has been hitting the highly critical talk show circuit and has been coy about whether she has or hasn’t done a photo shoot for the September issue of Playboy. Turns out she did and we have the photos – see her HOT Playboy cover pics here.

She isn’t fooling anyone with her attempt at secrecy. In fact, there is no doubt that the photo session has already taken place. Her friend Kim Kardashian, a 2007 Playboy alum is taking some of the credit for Montag’s decision to strip down for the men’s mag.

Kim received a call from Heidi, who was looking for advice on whether she should take the plunge and reveal her bare body for the entire world to critique. Kardashian admits that she counseled her that it WAS the right thing to do and regaled her with stories about her own experience. We’re sure her new husband Spencer Pratt was also in favor of the career move.

We’ll just have to wait to see just how far she was willing to take things. Rumors indicate that the nudity was tasteful, which usually means veiled or strategically covered.

Al Roker Speidi Interview VIDEO

Heidi Montag Pratt and her husband Spencer Pratt have returned to the U.S., fresh from their very short stint on the summer reality show hit I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!. They’ve been hitting all of the morning talk shows and sat down with Al Roker on The Today Show yesterday.

According to Montag, Al attacked her and obviously hates women. She shared this with Ryan Seacrest when the couple made a guest stop on his KIIS-FM radio show later in the morning.

Roker seemed combative to the couple, who reported that he didn’t even thank them after the segment was filmed. Heidi was apparently reduced to tears over his slight. She claims that they expected to be interviewed by show host Matt Lauer, and found the fact that the weatherman was going to manage the task appalling.

Heidi Pratt Hospitalized

The drama continues for Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt on the reality show ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here.’ The two have been trying to get out of their contract with NBC since day one of filming the show. Now Heidi has been rushed to the hospital because of “convulsively throwing up” which is said to be caused by the torture that the network is inflicting on them.

Here’s what we know, after trying to get out of this gig, Heidi and Spencer have been enduring what one contestant is calling “It’s the same as Guantanamo Bay.” The two were “forced” to stay in a dark room for a full day and night with only water, rice and beans.

Heidi was diagnosed with a gastric ulcer and has been released from the hospital. TMZ is also reporting that NBC execs were trying to get Heidi not to seek medical attention.

Spencer and Heidi are not the only celebrities who want to get the hell out of there. The problem is that the celebrity’s passports were confiscated at the beginning of the show and are being guarded safely.

Ryan Seacrest interviewed Paul Telegdy, NBC’s Exec VP of Alternative Programming, who spoke about the punishment that was handed down to the newlyweds.

“They are now going to be examined, and their value system utterly deconstructed…these people are going to bare their souls.”

Word is Spencer fired his lawyer after he tried to talk the “actor” into staying on the show. Plans of a lawsuit against NBC are in the works. What will happen…nobody knows. Will NBC let ~~babies~~ Spencer and Heidi out of their contract? We are guessing not. After all…this is what makes reality television so popular right?

The Hills stars Heidi Montag and her new husband Spencer Pratt rolled up to the Union 76 petrol station in their black BMW M6 for a photo opportunity. They must have tipped off the paparazzi because they were ready and waiting.

Lucky for Heidi and Spencer, they weren’t the only wannabe celebrities getting gas. Former “super” model Janice Dickinson just happened to be hanging out and she got into the act too. Perhaps it is no mere coincidence that the three will be appearing in the summer reality show I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.

After a short honeymoon trip to Cancun, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have returned to Los Angeles. Did they enjoy their little Mexican getaway? We’ve included a few photos for your consideration.

With swine flu a hot topic south of the border and beyond, we’re not sure it was the best possible time for the couple to venture to that particular sunny locale. We’re not sure if the surgical masks were a publicity stunt or actually being worn for their intended purpose – to prevent the spread of infection.

The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were married on Saturday in an early evening ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, California.

The couple arrived at the church in a white Rolls Royce Phantom and exchanged vows before 200 guests. An airplane flew overhead before the ceremony and wrote “Spencer loves Heidi” in the sky.

After the ceremony the newlyweds left in a black Rolls Royce Phantom.
