Wrapping up his 17 year run on The Night Show, Jay Leno was greeted by a standing ‘O’ when he took the stage. During his monologue he thanked all of the people who had helped make his show a success, particularly Michael Jackson, Monica Lewinsky and Bill Clinton.

The multi-talented Billy Crystal was Jay Leno’s first guest on The Tonight Show. It was 17 years ago and it seemed fitting that Crystal would be on hand during Jay’s last week on the show.

Hugh Jackman was honored in Los Angeles earlier this week by having his hand and footprints cast in cement at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. The ceremony was hosted by nighttime talk show host Jay Leno, who fell ill the next day and landed in the hospital.
