Jennifer Garner is photographed on a daily basis while in the process of dropping off or picking up her young daughter Violet Affleck from her Santa Monica preschool. Today there was a change in the routine.

Three month old Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck made her debut, albeit in a baby carriage. But the savvy photographers were able to catch a glimpse of the little princess, despite her mother’s best efforts to drape a coat over the top of the conveyance.

Baby daddy Ben Affleck was not part of this family outing. Check out more photos below.

Jennifer Garner is back out in public and looking good, just one month after giving birth to a daughter, Seraphina Rose Elisabeth Affleck on January 6, 2009.

Jen was in Santa Monica to pick up daughter Violet Affleck from her preschool. Her actor husband, Ben Affleck has been in charge of picking up his oldest daughter for the last few weeks while his wife has been recovering at home.

We think Jen looks great and are excited to see what movie projects will be next on her list. Affleck has been busy promoting his latest release, He’s Just Not That Into You, which will appear in theaters this weekend, February 6, 2009. That star-studded cast includes Jennifer Aniston, Scarlett Johansson and Drew Barrymore. See red carpet photos here.

One week after Jennifer Garner gave birth to her second daughter, the actress and hubby Ben Affleck have revealed the name of the newest addition to their family. She is Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck.

The couple, who married in 2005, have another daughter, three year old Violet Anne Affleck.

What’s in a name? Hollywood celebrities have a habit of picking names that fall outside of the norm.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren named their daughter Honor. Gwen Stefani named her boys Kingston and Zuma Nesta Rock. Gwyneth Paltrow chose Apple and Moses. David Duchovny named his child Kyd. Jenna Elfman named her child Story. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden named their daughter Harlow Winter Kate.

Demi Moore and Bruce Willis named their girls Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Belle. Frank Zappa chose Moon Unit, Dweezel and Diva Thin Muffin. You get the idea…

So what the heck was new mom Alison Sweeney thinking when she gave her baby daughter a conventional name?

Jennifer Garner & Ben Affleck Welcome Another Daughter

Congratulation to actress Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck on the birth of their second child on January 6, 2009. Jennifer’s rep Leslie Sloane-Zelnick said that the couple “gave birth to a healthy baby girl.” No further details have been released.

Ben and Jen, both 36, have a beautiful three year old named Violet, who by the way has killer dimples and isn’t afraid to show them off – just like her mommy. The couple married in June 2005.

Jennifer’s former Alias co-star Victor Garber gave her high praise when it comes to her parenting skills saying, “She knows what to do. She’s probably the best mother I have ever witnessed.”

We send Jennifer, Ben, Violet and new baby our best wishes.

Actress Jennifer Garner is married to actor hunk Ben Affleck and is very, very pregnant with their second child. This would not seem to be the optimum time to be delving into sex therapy. That said, Jen and Dr. Holly Hein spent time together yesterday in Brentwood, California at Caffe Luxxe.

They were photographed leaving the eatery while still in heavy conversation. Hein is the author of Sexual Detours: The Startling Truth Behind Love, Lust and Infidelity. One can try to draw some conclusions based on this tidbit but we’ll leave it to others to make what they will of this little session.

Hein’s website bio indicates she has a PhD in Clinical Social Work, Therapist. She indicates her strengths are in relationship issues, addictions or substance abuse and post traumatic stress disorder, though she lists other areas including life coaching, parenting and spirituality. Her office is in Santa Monica.

Ben and Jen have a daughter Violet who turned 3 years old on December 1, 2008. By the looks of these photos, she should have a new sibling any moment now.

Jennifer Garner Stalker Prompts Restraining Order

Jennifer Garner went to court on November 7th to ask a judge for a protection order against Steven Burky. The 36 year old fan is 6′1″, weighs 145 lb and has blonde hair and blue eyes. Garner and her lawyer told the court that he has been engaging in “excessive and harassing behavior” toward the actress since 2002.

Things have escalated in recent months, prompting her to seek help from the court system. In her written affidavit, she stated that he has been sending “packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country.”

His letter writing campaign has exhibited increasingly bizarre and threatening behavior. He has shown up on the actresses doorstep, saying that God has sent him a vision that she is being persecuted and might die because of it.

Garner showed the judge reams of notes and birthday cards. Her security guard (see top photo), Dennis Bridwell also made a declaration attesting that Burky tried to gain entrance to her business office dressed as a monk.

The judge granted her a temporary restraining order that prohibits the alleged stalker from possessing or trying to obtain a gun. He must also stay at least 100 yards away from Jennifer, her husband Ben Affleck, their two year old daughter Violet, as well as the nanny, housekeeper and her assistant.

Garner went back to court today to ask a judge to make the temporary order permanent. He extended the order for a period of three years. According to ET, Burky is currently locked up in a psychiatric hospital ward.

The couple are expecting their second child this month.

We are told that Jennifer Garner is getting very close to her baby due date. Judging from photos taken yesterday, outside Violet Affleck’s preschool, we’d have to agree. Earlier in the week it was dad Ben Affleck who picked up his princess from school.

The most telling clue is the fact that Violet is being toted to Jen’s car by one of the school employees. She and Ben are always photographed carrying their young daughter. With a new baby close at hand, Miss Violet will probably soon graduate to motoring under her own power.

Jennifer Garner and her daughter Violet Affleck headed out to lunch in Brentwood yesterday. We’ve got photos of the actress and her darling offspring making their way back to the car, where Jen buckles her into her car seat.

Usually these photo ops are fairly straightforward. Last Friday something occurred at Violet Affleck’s preschool and we posted photos of Ben Affleck and his family being assisted by police officers as they made their way to their car after picking up their little girl. Check out those photos here.

We’ve seen any number of photos of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner picking up their adorable daughter Violet Affleck from her preschool. They normally scoop her up and off they go. Today there were several police officers on hand and Ben appeared to be agitated and pointing a finger in an attempt to convey something to law enforcement officers on scene.

We aren’t sure what was going down but Affleck looked seriously unhappy about the situation. Jen kept busy getting Violet buckled into her car seat while her man dealt with the officers. Once can assume the paparazzi had something to do with Affleck’s bad mood.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are developing a reputation for bailing out of home purchases at the last minute according to sources in the know.

We recently reported that Ben and Jen had purchased a $16 million home currently under construction in Brentwood. Apparently the couple was convinced that this $27,500,000 home in Holmby Hills would be a better buy.

The 12,000 square foot, 1930’s Hollywood Georgian features 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, including a 2,500 square foot master bedroom with a private sitting room, four fireplaces, sauna, a humongous terrace with outdoor fireplace, 3-car garage, a paneled library with hidden wine cellar, screening room, staff quarters, and a 2 bedroom guest house adjacent to the pool.

We’ll have to wait and see if they actual close on the house.
