Jennifer Hudson performed Will You Be There at Michael Jackson’s Memorial service at Staples Center this afternoon. The question that is flooding the internet following her perform….’Is Jennifer Hudson pregnant? We can tell you that the answer is YES and that she is seven months along.

She is engaged to David Otunga, a lawyer turned WWE wrestler.

American Idol Results: Judges SAVE Matt Giraud (VIDEO)

Last night was results night on American Idol and after the 36 million votes were tallied, Anoop Desai, Lil Rounds and Matt Giraud ended up in the bottom three. Anoop was sent back to the safe side to join Adam Lambert, Allison Iraheta, Danny Gokey and Kris Allen.

Ryan Seacrest played his game of cat and mouse with the two remaining Idol contestants. Matt Giraud ended up to be the bottom vote getter on the FOX reality show and sang another rendition of Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman. After a great deal of huddling, the judges decided to use their one time save to keep Matt.

Simon Cowell warned the throng of contestants who were surrounding Giraud with their congratulatory good wishes that they shouldn’t be so happy about the results. He tersely reminded the Top Seven that they will be performing Disco hits on next weeks show and two people will be eliminated.

Jennifer Hudson was a guest on Oprah today, in her first television interview since the murder of her family members in Chicago. She looked absolutely gorgeous and told the talk show host that she is in a “really good place” right now.

Topics of discussion included her recent Super Bowl performance, her pets, fiance David Otunga and her upcoming tour with Robin Thicke.

She also performed her favorite song If This Isn’t Love from her Grammy Award winning CD.

After a period of grieving the death of her mother, brother and nephew, singer Jennifer Hudson has resumed her professional career and is getting the full support of her fans. Last night Jennifer won a Grammy for Best R&B Album and her acceptance speech was filled with love for those who she has loved and lost.

“I don’t really know what to say. First of all, I’ve got Whitney Houston presenting to me and, wow, I’m just in awe right now. But I would first of all like to thank God, who has brought me through. I would like to thank my family, those in heaven and those who are here today. (My fiance) David Otunga, who’s here with me tonight. My sisters, who are here. I just don’t know where to start. Everybody, thank you, thank you all.”

Hudson’s first solo tour is set to begin on April 2nd with singer Robin Thicke. The pair will co-headline for a five week U.S. tour.

As odd as it may sound, singer Jennifer Hudson’s fiance David Otunga is currently training to become a part of the WWE. You read right, he may soon be sporting tights.

Here are a few little facts that you might not have known about David; he graduated from Harvard Law School then moved on to do a reality show, I Love New York 2 where he went by the name Punk. Last September David and the American Idol contestant became engaged….and now he’s into wrestling?

David has signed a contract with Florida Championship Wrestling, which is part of WWE’s developmental league in Tampa. Don’t get too excited, nothing solid has been released by the WWE but David hopes to be in the ring before the end of the year.

In the aftermath of the brutal murders of three of her family members, singer Jennifer Hudson has been staying out of the spotlight and giving herself time to grieve. This is about to change because the NFL has confirmed that on February 1st, Hudson will sing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl.

It sounds like things will go back to full swing for Jennifer, who then will perform at the Grammy MusiCares event a few days later.

As for the future of her brother in-law William Balfour, his arraignment is scheduled for January 20th. He has been charged with the murders of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew.

One thing is certain – Hudson has the world standing behind her and wishing her well.

William Balfour Indicted on Three Counts of First Degree Murder

Perhaps singer/actress Jennifer Hudson and her family will be able to feel some satisfaction now that her brother in-law has been indicted on three counts of first degree murder and one count of home invasion by a Cook County grand jury.

Balfour will be arraigned on January 20th for the murders of Darnell Donerson, 57 Jason Hudson, 29 and Julian King, 7.

Speculation is that the suspect thought that his estranged wife Julia had been seeing another men and unleashed his anger and uncontrolled rage on her family.

Balfour is still claiming his innocence on all charges. That man appears to have a serious case of denial.

In spite of the horrific tragedies that have turned the world of singer Jennifer Hudson upside down, she is giving thanks for her four Grammy nominations.

Hudson found out about the nominations the same day that her estranged brother in-law William Balfour was order to be held without bail for the murders of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and Julian King.

“It’s been a childhood dream of mine to release an album, so to receive four Grammy nominations is truly a blessing. I am extremely honored and humbled by the nominations.”

She has been nominated for:

Best R&B Album
Best Female R&B Vocal Performance
Best R&B Song for “Spotlight”
Best R&B Performance by a Duo or group with vocals for her duet with Fantasia, “I’m His Only Woman”

Arrest in Jennifer Hudson Family Murders: William Balfour Charged

William Balfour has been formally charged with the murders of Darnell Donerson, 57, Jason Hudson, 29, and Julian King. Jennifer Hudson lost her mother and brother on October 24th, when their bodies were discovered in their Chicago home.

Jennifer’s sister Julia is the mother of seven year old Julian, whose body was discovered three days later in an abandoned SUV. She is also the estranged wife of Balfour.

The 27 year old suspect has been held at an Illinois state prison on a parole violation since the shooting. He has now been transferred back into police custody according to police spokeswoman Monique Bond.

William Balfour Confesses to Girlfriend

The only suspect in the triple murder of singer and actress Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew, William Balfour, continues to be held on a probation violation. A decision is expected today by the Illinois Prisoner Review Board on whether he violated the terms of his parole. He has yet to be charged with murder.

A recent turn of events was reported by the Chicago Tribune, who claim that Balfour’s girlfriend told police that William admitted to her that he was at the home where the murders and abduction took place the day of the crime and that he was indeed involved in the murders.

This alleged confession may be what prosecutors have needed in order to bring charges against Balfour. It seems unlikely they will turn him loose, no matter what the parole board decides. Let justice be served!
