We smell a lawsuit brewing here!  Former actor turned rapper Joaquin Phoenix has received anything but good press since he decided to make a jump in careers.  His latest fiasco?  Joaquin jumped off stage at a gig he was performing at last night at Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel and went after a heckler.

Ben Stiller, dressed as Joaquin Phoenix, presented the award for Best Cinematography at the 2009 Oscars alongside Natalie Portman.
