Justin Timberlake Jessica Biel Break Up: Grandma Weighs In

With conflicting reports on the status of Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s relationship, Timberlake’s grandmother, Sadie Bomar, has weighed in, saying her grandson is not interested in marrying Biel.

Biel is rumored to be “wallowing in denial” over relationship troubles, but Bomar apparently saw it coming.

“Jessica was keen to marry, but Justin isn’t ready. He’s busy writing new material and he works hard to be successful – he’s really focused on that,” Bomar said in a recent interview with Closer magazine.

Adding insult to injury, Bomar added, “As far as we’re concerned, he’s always been single. The girlfriends come and go, but we believe nothing has ever been serious.”

Timberlake has been collaborating on an album with Rihanna, sparking rumors of a romance, although sources say the relationship between the two is “strictly professional.”

Biel has been filming “Valentine’s Day,” and reportedly attended the wrap party alone on September 22, while JT was spotted three days later leaving the Crown Bar with gal pal and BFF Trace Ayala.

A few days later, JT and Jessica were spotted having brunch together, then dinner the following night, although it was reported that the couple looked strained.

Rumors have been flying that Justin Timberlake, 28, has split with Jessica Biel after a nearly three-year relationship and has set his sights on Rihanna. Others are saying….not so fast. The couple, who are reportedly going through a “rough patch”, were photographed together in Northern California on Monday night in what may well be an attempt to mend fences and get the relationship jump started once again.

This summer Timberlake was busy in Europe promoting his new Givenchy fragrance and clothing line William Rast. Biel, 27, spent that same time frame in L.A. starring in Guys and Dolls.

The couple have been doing their own thing lately, with Biel alone at a wrap party for her new film Valentine’s Day on September 22. Just three days later Justin partied in West Hollywood with Trace Ayala at Crown Bar.

As for the Rihanna rumors…the two have been working together in the studio on a collaboration for her new album. The work is not yet completed but the relationship has been described by those ‘in the know’ as purely professional.

Singer and actor Justin Timberlake is back on the big screen in The Open Road — a comedy-drama with co-stars Jeff Bridges and Kate Mara.

Opening in theaters on August 28th, the movie centers on the adult son of a baseball legend, who, together with his girlfriend, embarks on a road trip with his estranged father.

Justin Timberlake got his first ever hole in one on a Los Angeles golf course last week and announced it on his Facebook page. He reported that on the 185 yard #3 hole, he got his ace using a Callaway X-Forged 5 iron. The thrilling round of golf took place last Friday, July 3, 2009.

The actor owns The Club At Big Creek golf course in Millington, Tennessee. Tragedy struck in February, when a renovation project worker was killed – see details here.

Recurring Saturday Night Live host Justin Timberlake joined Andy Samberg once again last night for a Mother’s Day-themed sequel to their “Dick in A Box” digital short called “Motherlover.”

With Susan Sarandon and Patricia Clarkson in MILF cameos, Timberlake and Samberg brought funny back with their witty vulgarity.

Being touted as this generation’s best SNL host, Justin appears in sketches all throughout the show, including one in which he publicly admits he slept with Britney Spears via a fictitious ancestor who predicts the future.

In the skit, Cornelius Timberlake says, “I’d like to think that at first, he’ll date a popular female singer (Spears). Publicly, they’ll claim to be virgins. But privately, he hit it.”

Late Night With Jimmy Fallon kicked off last night, March 2, on NBC. On hand as the first guests of Jimmy Fallon were Robert De Niro, Van Morrison and Justin Timberlake, who entertained the audience with impersonations of John Mayer and Michael McDonald.

Timberlake also brought along a film clip from his new MTV adventure game show called The Phone!

Fallon regulars will be studio announcer Steve Higgins and his stage band The Roots.

Tragedy Strikes Justin Timberlake’s Tennessee Golf Course

Justin Timberlake bought the Big Creek Golf Course in his hometown of Millington, Tennessee in November and immediately hired a crew to begin a major renovation project. Tragedy stuck when a construction worker, clearing trees to make way for a new road on the property, was killed in a freak accident at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.

Shelby County Fire Department used heavy cutters and other prying equipment to cut through the heavy steel cab and remove the victim from the track hoe that he was operating when it toppled on its side, crushing him.

Spokesperson Brent Perkins reported that one tree became dislodged, fell over and crushed the cab of one of the track hoes that was down working on the project. “We think at this point that the ground was unstable. It was very wet and very muddy at the bottom of the tree and it just gave way.”

Timberlake purchased the secluded 18 hole course a few months back and hired an outside company to do some excavation work, as part of a major project. The victim worked for a private contractor and was not an employee of the golf course.

Singer Justin Timberlake is being sued by a busboy at his Manhattan barbecue restaurant, Southern Comfort. Not wanting to mess around, employee Felipe Ramales has taken his matter straight to federal court.

Ramales claims that he and other employees did not get their “share” of a gratuity charge that the establishment levies when parties of six or more dine at the establishment. He also contends that he worked over 40 hours per week and was never paid overtime.

Chris Russell, manager of the BBQ joint, said that this case is “baseless.” He countered the allegations by saying that not only did the workers get all the tips that were coming to them but that they were paid over and above what other busboys make.

Fans didn’t have to wait long to see Britney Spears at Madonna’s Sticky & Sweet tour performance at Dodger Stadium on Thursday night. The crowd went wild as the pop star opened the show. She and the Material Girl did a version of Human Nature.

Wearing black pants and a white top, Spears wowed the crowd, albeit with a tamer performance than when the pair sang together on MTV Video Music Award and provided fans with a titillating girl kiss. The crowd got another great treat as Justin Timberlake, who used to date Britney, performed 4 Minutes with Madge.

There was some concern that the show might have to be canceled because of problems with the stage. Madonna told reporters earlier in the day, “Even though my stage roof was damaged and some lights and effects aren’t working, I want to do the show anyway because I don’t want to disappoint my fans.”
