Kate Hudson Squashes A-Rod the Centaur Rumor (VIDEO)

This seems a bit goofy but that’s what you get on a slow news day. Actress Kate Hudson ran into an MTV reporter who happened to have a mock photo of the celeb’s boyfriend Yankees star Alex Rodriguez. The photo is a depiction of the ballplayer as a Centaur (half-man half-horse.)

Kate giggled about the photo and declared it to be “horrible”, though she did appear to be curious about what it was exactly.

In case you’ve been living under a rock, an ex-girlfriend of A-Rod came forward recently with a news flash that the famous athlete had two Centaur paintings created with his likeliness. She told US magazine, “He was so vain…It was ridiculous.”

Hudson was asked to set the record straight. Instead of categorically denying the rumor, she simply said, “That is the craziest thing anyone has ever asked me. I don’t indulge in those types of stories, as humorous as you may think they are.”

Four beautiful cast members of the soon to be released movie musical Nine grace the cover of Vogue magazine’s November 2009 issue. Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz and Kate Hudson were captured for the upcoming issue by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.

Daniel Day-Lewis plays the character of Guido Contini, who struggles to find harmonic balance between his personal and professional lives, while engaging in relationships with his mother, his wife, his agent, his muse and his mistress.

The movie premieres November 25, 2009.

Trouble in Paradise for Alex Rodriguez and Kate Hudson

Although we have never seen them out and about together cuddling or carrying on like lovers, rumors about Alex Rodriguez and Kate Hudson’s relationship have been swirling for months.

RadarOnline.com is reporting that there is trouble in paradise over a car accident. Word is that one of Kate’s friends, who is often seen at Yankees games with Hudson, has been carting her around each morning to fetch coffee in Alex’s Chevy Suburban. Things got interesting recently when they had a little fender-bender mishap and failed to mention it to the ballplayer.

The women were pulling out of his garage when they backed into a parked car. They quickly put the car back in its parking space and zipped their lips to the little misadventure. End of story? Nope.

It didn’t take A-Rod long to discover the damage. His driver brought the car around for him a short while later and the damage was quite apparent. Being the bright guy that he is, he put two-and-two together and exchanged a little heated smack talk with Kate’s girlfriend before heading out for the day.

Since actress Kate Hudson divorced Chris Robinson, frontman for the Black Crowes, she has been in and out of many quick relationships. Who is the actress seeing now? Friends say it’s third baseman for the New York Yankees, Alex Rodriguez aka A-Rod.

Sources close to Kate say that the romance is “somewhat serious” and that the ball player has introduced her to many of his friends. Last month Kate and her son Ryder were seen in Dallas for a three game series between the Yankees and the Texas Rangers.

Staying at the same hotel and even seen working out with Alex, Kate did not attend the games but watched them instead from the hotel. Ryder took in the games with his nanny.

This is not the first time that there has been speculation of a relationship between the two. In January we covered a story about the two getting cozy in New York. Will it last? Who knows, but new romances are always fun and it sounds like the makings for a exciting summer.

It looks like actress Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are giving love another shot. Kate and her five year old son Ryder spent Sunday with Wilson at his Malibu home.

The two first began dating back in September 2006 after they starred in the movie You, Me and Dupre. The love wore off and they split in June 2007. The breakup was said to be very hard on Owen, who attempted suicide in August 2007.

Wilson sought treatment and appears to have regained his proper footing. His latest movie Marley & Me with Jennifer Aniston was a huge box office success. It was during the filming of the canine adventure that Kate and Owen attempted to rekindle their romance. The short lived reconciliation ended in May 2008.

Will the third time be the charm?

Kate Hudson graces the cover of the March 2009 issue of InStyle UK magazine. The gorgeous actress has been busy making the rounds with Anne Hathaway, promoting their latest movie release, Bride Wars.

Hudson is currently working on another film project, directed by Rob Marshall. Nine is the story of a famous film director who struggles to find harmony in his professional and personal life, as he engages in dramatic relationships with his wife, his mistress, his muse, his agent and his mother.

The star-studded cast includes Daniel Day-Lewis, Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, Judi Dench, Stacy Ferguson, Kate Hudson and Sophia Loren. The film is slated to release on November 25, 2009, the much coveted Thanksgiving box office weekend.

The New York Post has reported that actress Kate Hudson and power hitting Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez were seen together at Manhattan seafood restaurant Lure Fishbar, and it looked very much like a date. After dinner the two joined Hudson’s friend Ron Burkle at the bar for drinks.

We are thinking that this may have been just a friendly date since Kate is a Madonna pal. Would she really want to steal her man? We know, we know. Madge has been linked with hot young model Jesus Luz lately but this could just be a ploy to get the much unwanted attention away from A-Rod.

This isn’t the first time that Alex has been seen with Madonna’s girlfriends. He has also hung out with Gwyneth Paltrow and Ingrid Casares.

When Hudson’s rep was contacted about their meeting, he said that she was at Lure with ten other friends.

The beautiful, funny and talented Bride Wars star Kate Hudson is single for the first time since she was 16. Hudson and Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson divorced back in 2006 but remain close thanks in large part to their nearly 5 year old son Ryder.

Men from her past include Owen Wilson, Dax Shepard and Lance Armstrong. At a young age, Kate’s famous mother Goldie Hawn became worried about her daughter’s obsession with the opposite sex. Kate admits she has always loved boys and that being single is a new thing for her. Men take note - in an interview with Elle magazine Kate gave us a little insight into what she believes makes a relationship tick:

“People think you can put your sexual life on hold, but you have to find time for it. Without that relationship, our family is broken. My mom really implanted that in me when I was pregnant.”

Hudson is currently making the rounds to promote Bride Wars with her co-star Anne Hathaway. The movie is about two best friends who both are set to be married. Things turn ugly when they discover that their weddings are on the same day.

Gorgeous Kate Hudson graces the February 2009 cover of Elle magazine, and dare we say she is HOT in that Dior dress. The talented actress has a new movie coming out. She co-stars with Anne Hathaway in Bride Wars, slated to hit theaters on January 9.

In the accompanying article she talks about the paparazzi, playing only romantic comedies and the fact that she caught heat in high school for wearing her skirts too short. Kate even got sent home to change on one occasion. Something tells us that her ever cool mom, actress Goldie Hawn, laughed it off.

Hudson was previously linked to Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong. The couple split in July, when he met and fell in love with Anna Hansen. The couple recently announced they are expecting a baby.
