Kevin Federline is in Hot Water With Landlord

Oh boy! Who would have thought that Kevin Federline was a slob? His ex-landlords are extremely upset and are looking for a pay day for the deteriorated condition that K-Fed left their Tarzana, California home when he vacated the premises unexpectedly.

Kevin lived in the home until six months ago when the landlord reports that the rapper disappeared and stopped paying his rent. They should have turned on the TV or picked up a magazine because Kevin’s whereabouts with girlfriend Victoria Prince were no secret to the rest of the world.

TMZ got their hands on a letter that was sent to Federline demanding that he pay the landlord the sum of $110,661. It threatens that if he doesn’t cooperate they will take legal action.

The list of damages includes:

Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
Broken light covers
Bent light posts
Broken tiles
Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
Drawings all over the walls

That was only a partial summary– check out the rest of the list here. We will let you know if Kevin or his rep address the matter publicly. It sounds to us like the cost of hiring a cleaning lady to pick up the trash is VERY expensive in Tarzana.

Celebrity Fit Club 7 Cast Revealed (PHOTOS)

VH1 is gearing up to film Season 7 of their reality show Celebrity Fit Club. On board to participate are former Baywatch babe Nicole Egger, R& B bad boy Bobby Brown, Britney’s ex Kevin Federline, K-Fed’s ex Shar Jackson, former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach, High School Musical’s Kaycee Stroh, Project Runway star Jay McCarroll and Bad Girls Club star Tanisha Thomas.

The eight celebrity contestants will be divided into two groups of four. Each week they will be given different physical challenges. Their goal will be to lose weight for charity. The new season will air on February 14, 2010.

Dr. Ian K. Smith will serve as nutritionist, Stacy Kaiser as Psychotherapist and Harvey Walden IV as drill instructor trainer.

Kevin Federline’s Lawyer Reveals Custody Arrangements

Mark Vincent Kaplan, the lawyer who represents Kevin Federline, has revealed that his client and Britney Spears are close to a final agreement on the temporary custody arrangements that will be in place for their sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston during Spears’ Circus tour.

Not much will change in how often Spears will get to be with her sons. Kevin has primary custody and the singer has 50 percent visitation rights.

“Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country. He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful.”

Kaplan was not sure if Kevin’s girlfriend, former professional volleyball player Victoria Prince, would be going along on the road but stated that she is a solid person and that they are great together.

Britney Spears Threatens To Cancel Her Circus Tour

It looks like Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline are in the middle of a new disagreement about the custodial arrangements for their children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

TMZ is reporting that Britney’s Circus tour is in jeopardy and that if Kevin won’t allow the couple’s children to spend some time with their mother while she is on the road, she may scrap the mission entirely.

Informal negotiation were reportedly going on between Britney, Kevin and papa conservator Jamie Spears to hash out a temporary custody arrangement for the duration of her tour. K-Fed’s legal team got wind of this and put an end to the talks.

The initial plan was for Britney to set up home bases in New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles and she would commute back and forth to be with the boys between shows. The singer had also agreed to pay K-Fed $4,000 a week while she was on tour, presumably to win him over to the plan as well as support his lifestyle for the next few months and provide funds for his own digs in each of the cities.

So now that Kevin’s lawyers are in on the plan they are saying no way. It is unclear what their objections are but they have clued in K-Fed that he can’t be making side deals with his ex.

Britney, who has earned back nearly 50 percent custody of the boys, is adamant that she will cancel the tour if she is not able to be with her boys. We will let you know what comes of this latest disagreement.

Victoria Prince, 26, is rumored to be Kevin Federline’s new girlfriend.

The 5′10″ ex-vollyball star from Richland, WA, was named AVCA 2nd team All American, 1st Team All West Region, 1st Team All-WAC in 2005.

K-Fed and Prince are on the same bowling league, the “Party Animals,” and have been spotted out and about recently.

Kevin Federline and his young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James appear on the cover of People magazine, available on newsstands this Friday.

K-Fed and Britney Spears split in 2006 and went through a nasty court battle over the custody of their sons. The boys live with their father and spend time with their mother several times a week. The People interview sheds light on how vastly improved the situation has become over the course of the last year.

Kevin reports that “things have totally turned around. The kids have structure at both homes. We try to keep the same type of schedule. It’s not completely perfect but the foundation is there.”

Britney is busy launching a new album, Circus, and resurrecting her career. She will begin a tour in 2009, reportedly accompanied by both of her parents.

What was supposed to be a family getaway to Kentwood, Louisiana turned into a frightening ordeal for Britney Spears. The pop singers youngest son Jayden James was rushed to Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday after having a “bad reaction” to something he ingested.

This was the first trip that Brit had taken with her children since her very public custody battle with ex husband Kevin Federline. K-Fed was reportedly keeping close tabs on Jayden’s condition and was prepared to travel to Mississippi if his son hadn’t improved.

The good news is that Jayden was released from the medical facility last night and he and his mother Britney immediately returned to “Serenity” compound in Kentwood where the family resides. Onlookers said that Brit looked completely worn out and who can blame her.

Britney Spears and Her Boys Fly to Louisiana

This has been one heck of a week for pop star Britney Spears. Thursday night the singer made a special appearance at Madonna’s concert in L.A. along with ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake. Yesterday Spears and her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston boarded a plane and headed to her home town of Kentwood, Louisiana for a little R&R.

Clearly this indicates that she and Kevin Federline must be getting along well. This is the first trip Britney has made with her sons since losing custody earlier this year. A friend of Spears said:

“This is a terrific indication of the progress she’s made, and the growing trust between the two parents. It was arranged cooperatively between Kevin and the lawyers.”

As for her current schedule with the boys, she is allowed two visits and one overnight per week. Her father Jamie Spears, recently awarded permanent conservatorship of Brit’s affairs, went along on the trip.

K-Fed and Michael Lohan to Throw Down in the Ring

I have heard it all now – Michael Lohan and Kevin Federline aka K-Fed are going to duke it out. Isn’t Michael old and how would that even be fair? Don’t think I am saying that K-fed is going to kick his a!*, because he probably won’t. Maybe Lohan worked on his boxing abilities while he was in prison.

Michael talked with Ok! magazine and had this to say:

“Everyone wants me to fight K-fed because he’s a notorious celebrity dad and so am I. It’s for charity.”

The organization that would get the proceeds is Long Islands Fight for Charity. Great for the charity but who exactly wants them to fight? I want names and as far as them being notorious – yes, for being low-life dads. At least Kevin has gotten his act together and is a huge part of his children’s lives -how about you Michael?

Lohan said his girlfriend Erin wants in on the action too and is supposedly trying to set up a match against singer Debbie Gibson. What the !?

Don’t get too excited about the fight – reps for Federline say that he knows nothing about it.

Hopefully Kevin Federline was golfing in some kind of charity event at the Trump National golf course and they didn’t bring out the red carpet just for him.

While LA was in the middle of a earth quake, which measured 5.6 on the Richter scale, K-Fed was kicking back and hitting the balls. You will be happy to know that he phoned home to check on the safety of his little boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The rapper just got a raise in his allowance from ex wife Britney Spears and really should consider hooking himself up with some new golf apparel.
