Reality star and new mom Kim Kardashian appears in a white string bikini on the cover of Us Weekly and experts suggest the photo may have been airbrushed.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ celeb is seen walking along the beach in what her rep indicates is not from a photo shoot. As is the practice of many magazines, Us reportedly relied on paparazzi shots.
The photos were taken over the Thanksgiving weekend and were not approved by Kim. She explains, “We were in Miami for tour and my friends and I had a morning off. We got to the beach and I told my friends, ‘I don’t think I’m ready yet, I don’t want to be seen…I’m not bikini-ready yet!”
She relented and took a stroll beside the surf as the images were captured. Kim later acknowledged, “So I saw one photo. It was OK. I think I still have about 10 pounds to go.”
Some sources suggest that her head has been photoshopped onto an older photo that might have been captured long before her pregnancy, but most experts agree that it is KK’s post-baby torso.
A photo editor told Fox News, “I don’t think that is someone else’s body with her head on it, but it does look heavily retouched. That is fairly standard, especially for covers.”
Check it out and let us know what you think — has her waist been photoshopped to the nth degree?
