Miley Cyrus paid a visit to Los Angeles tattoo artist Kat Von D on Friday and walked away with some new ink.

The ‘LA Ink’ reality star tweeted a photo that she captioned, “Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus – a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart!”

Miley opted for the side by side view of the same heart viewed in different profiles, drawn by Italian Renaissance painter and sketcher Leonardo da Vinci.

The 20-year-old reportedly took off her engagement ring as an act of defiance after her fiance, ‘Hunger Games’ actor Liam Hemsworth, flew off to Australia for what is being characterized as an extended visit with family and friends.

Liam purchased a $1.6 million Sydney home in late 2012 and has reportedly been staying there while hanging out with his brother Chris.

Hemsworth jetted off to Manila in the Philippines on Friday to promote his new movie ‘Empire State.’ He has, however, canceled a planned appearance with his co-stars Dwayne Johnson, Nikki Reed and Emma Roberts at the Gasparilla International Film Festival in Tampa, Florida slated for Tuesday.

According to numerous reports, Liam Hemsworth has jetted off to his home in Australia to put some distance between himself and his fiancee Miley Cyrus.

The former Disney television star tweeted last week, “I am so sick of LA and sick of the lies that come with it. I didn’t call off my wedding. Taking a break from social media. #draining.” Later she added, ” Not discussing anything but my music from now on.”

According to Page Six, Hemsworth was seen in a car with January Jones during Oscars weekend.

In any case, Liam, 23, recently wrapped filming ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ and reportedly flew home to “spend some time with his brother and friends.”

The couple got engaged on May 31, 2012 after dating for three years. Billy Ray Cyrus got tongues wagging before Thanksgiving by telling a reporter that his daughter was planning three weddings. She appeared on ‘Ellen’ a few days later to put that rumor to rest.

Cyrus, 20, hasn’t been wearing her engagement ring but the couple has been on-again, off-again several times over the course of their relationship. We’re not calling their engagement dead in the water just yet.

Hunger Games star and Miley Cyrus fiance Liam Hemsworth was involved in a street brawl in Philadelphia.

The 22-year-old actor was leaving a bar in the early hours of Sunday morning when the fight broke out in the middle of the street. Sources on the scene say Liam accused the man of throwing a rock at him.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Hemsworth is seen punching a man in the face as the man clings to the actor’s leg. Liam then pushes the man’s face into the asphalt while a friend holds him down.

Police arrived shortly after the brawl began, and Liam immediately left the scene. So far no arrests have been made.

Hemsworth is in Pennsylvania filming his new movie Paranoia. Miley joined him in Philadelphia on Wednesday.

This brawl wasn’t Hemsworth’s first rodeo. In December 2009 he and his brother Chris Hemsworth were involved in a fight with another man outside an event in Hollywood.

Miley Cyrus Cleared in Beacher’s Madhouse Fight

Last weekend Miley Cyrus reportedly punched a fellow club-goer in the face when a fight broke out at Beacher’s Madhouse. New details have surfaced that will likely clear her name.

Police have reviewed a surveillance tape from the club that was filmed the night of the alleged disturbance and it strongly suggests that Miley is the victim of a false police report.

Cyrus and her fiance Liam Hemsworth were both interviewed separately by police about the incident. They claim it was the guy who filed the report early Sunday morning who actually caused the flap when he repeatedly bumped into Liam’s chair. They insist she never retaliated physically.

With the evidence apparently supporting her claim, it looks like Miley is off the hook. Carry on….

Miley Cyrus shared a new photo on her Twitter page, presumably to show off her decidedly toned body. It certainly is!

The singer has taken a fair amount of abuse in the media since coming of age for sticking to a near starvation diet coupled with a rigorous workout schedule.

The ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ singer recently tweeted, “For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight — it’s about health. Gluten is crap anyway!”

Miley’s baggy pants pose shows off her super sexy midsection to perfection. She tagged it somewhat oddly, “My ‘Fiance’ jeans, but for real though.”

We take that to mean the over-sized drawstring waist pants belong to her significant other. Got it!

Australian actor Liam Hemsworth proposed to the 19-year-old in early June. He is currently filming ‘Paranoia’ on location in Philadelphia.
