Surely I can’t be the only one out there with a sweet tooth? Satisfying that need and keeping healthy at the same time was becoming a chore until I found the perfect replacement with a great new product Crystal Light Liquid!

 

Now when those cravings hit I can steer clear of fattening desserts and totally satisfy my inner sweet freak with an amazing and delicious replacement.

Lest you think I’m not health conscious, I should mention that I am studying to become a certified fitness personal trainer… so staying as healthy as possible is important to me.  That being said, it’s hard to preach good health if I’m not walking the talk and with Crystal Light Liquid; it has just become a whole lot easier.

Crystal Light Liquid has zero calories.  Yes, I said ZERO!  The beauty of this is that I can bring it with me to the gym and put it in my water and feel like I am getting a treat while working out — with zero guilt.

MOA: A Perfect Getaway Destination

Looking for a great getaway idea that will please the entire family?  Look no further!  Mall of America®, located in Bloomington, Minnesota, has something for everyone.

MOA™ is the most visited tourist destination in the world, with 520 stores to choose from and 50 restaurants to satisfy your cravings.  Suffice it to say, this destination boasts an endless array of attractions to keep everyone busy.  An added bonus is the fact that it is located just minutes from the MSP International airport.

New this year is the fabulous Radisson Blu Hotel.  We had the pleasure of enjoying an overnight stay last week during our MOA visit. Upon entering the beautifully appointed facility we immediately felt totally relaxed and welcome – thanks to the friendly staff.

We can’t say enough about the convenience of going to and from our room within a matter of two minutes to unload our MOA purchases and freshen up throughout our stay.

Awesome kids destinations include Nickelodeon Universe®, the largest indoor theme park, SEA LIFE® Minnesota Aquarium, the American Girl store, the kid chic LEGO® store, Moose Mountain Adventure Golf and the A.C.E.S. Flight Simulator.  We’ve barely scratched the surface regarding all of the exciting things to see and do at MOA.

Our agenda last week included a stop at Barnes and Noble to pick up a hot new book for our tween daughter and an Apple store visit to get my iPhone fixed.  My dear husband enjoyed the ‘Royal Shave’ at The Art of Shaving  and we even took in a movie at the Theatres at MOA™.

To keep our energy level up during our busy day we grabbed snacks at Doc Popcorn and Nestle Toll House Cafe.

Because we are sushi lovers, there was no question we would have our evening meal at Crave.  We’ve included photos showing our dining selections.  Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.

Fig Newtons: Taste Them Again for the First Time

I live my life on the go. In a perfect world, I would live like a rock star, have a personal assistant, as well as a personal chef, and take off for some sun-drenched, saltwater and sand therapy when juggling life gets a bit overwhelming. But let’s face it, this is the real world and most of us don’t live like rock stars.

In a world of deadlines, meetings and multitasking, stress goes along with the territory, and balanced meals are few and far between. So when I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed, it’s nice to take a quick break and grab an indulgent snack. It may not be a lounge chair on the beach, but my sofa is a whole lot nicer when I’m biting into the chewy goodness of Fig Newtons.
