When Lindsay Lohan decided to change career paths, she went to work for Emanuel Ungaro at his couture house.  The actress was hired to advise the empire on a fashion line.

Emanuel called it a “disaster”, during an appearance at a film festival on Monday night in Lisbon.  He lamented, “I am furious but I can’t do anything about it.”  Ungaro no longer has contact with the fashion house even though it holds his name.  His reason?  He stated simply, “It is in the process of losing it soul” because of hiring Lohan.  Ouch!

Lohan was brought in to work with Estrella Archs as a consultant.  Their creations were display on the catwalk during Paris Fashion Week last month.  The press had a field day with it and called the line an “embarrassment.”

The introduction of Lohan, meant to give the label publicity, was a huge risk that failed to produce the desired result and instead unleashed disaster and ruin.  Emanuel says that this often happens when designers give up their “houses” and bring in advisers.

Oh man, Michael Lohan is somewhere right now putting new batteries into his tape recorder while waiting for Dina to call him.

Ali Lohan, 15, has been photographed with her sister Lindsay Lohan at numerous late night parties.  This doesn’t seem right to most and leads one to wonder, with addiction issues in the family, why on earth mother Dina would allow this to happen.

Life and Style magazine spoke with Lindsay who said it is not a big deal.  “She is tougher than I am.  She has a good head on her shoulders.  Maybe it was different for me because I didn’t know what to expect and it just happened really fast.  I didn’t have a big sister.”

Poor Dina.  It is unclear if Lindsay was saying that her mother wasn’t a good influence or just patting herself on the back for being such a good influence on her younger sibling.

Lindsay Lohan and “Brothers and Sisters” star Balthazar Getty were spotted at West Hollywood hot spot Voyeur Wednesday night.

According to reports, Getty, 34,  and Lohan, 23, were “all over each other” after sneaking in through the club’s backdoor.   The two stayed for about half an hour before leaving around 1:30 a.m.

It should be noted that Lindz had a court appearance the very next morning for missing her mandatory alcohol classes.

Getty was most recently romantically linked to Sienna Miller, whom he began an affair with in May, 2008.  He is currently separated from his wife of nine years, Rosetta Millington.  The couple has four chilren.

Lohan has been involved in an on-again off-again relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson.

With her father Michael Lohan all over the television and internet going on about her addiction to pills, Lindsay Lohan doesn’t have much of a chance with her probation officer.

In 2007 Lindsay was charged with a DUI, her sentence was 24 hours in prison, 10 hours community service mandatory attendance in an alcohol education program.  In reality she actually spent a whopping 84 minutes behind bars and was placed on three years probation.

What exactly has Lindsay done wrong this time?  She has failed to abide by the rules of her alcohol education class.  The consequences could mean that she will end up back behind bars.  A progress report hearing is to be scheduled soon and Lohan will go in front of the judge.  We are wondering if this is all part of Michael’s intervention plan?

We must admit that Dina Lohan has not been publicly vocal about her children for the most part.  As far as daddy Michael Lohan goes….that’s another story.  His latest trash talk has finally gotten a rise out of Dina, who felt compelled to address her ex-husband’s latest claims about their eldest daughter Lindsay Lohan.

Yesterday Dina spoke with Page Six and made it clear that Michael is estranged from Lindsay and has no contact with her.  Michael’s latest claim is that Lindsay is addicted to prescription pills and he wants the family to come together for an intervention.  Hey….aren’t intervention usually kept a secret?  We’re just saying…

Mother Dina said:

“I’ve had full custody of all my children for the last 10 years.  He has been incarcerated for some of that time, so whatever is going on in Lindsay’s personal life is our business.  And for him getting paid to say things about her when he’s five months behind in child support is wrong.

I can’t change Michael to make him do the right thing — that’s up to him and God.  But it is hurtful for a child to have her own father, whom she has no relationship with, to say things in public about her like that.”

So does Lindsay have addiction issues?  Dina said she has no idea what Michael is talking about and added that she can’t comment on everything that her ex says.  Hmm, seems like she is dodging the question.

Actress Demi Moore isn’t the only one who is taking legal action against celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton.  We have learned that Lindsay Lohan’s daddy Michael Lohan is getting in on the action as well.

Daddy Lohan seems compelled to save the world one issue at a time.  This time he has sent a cease and desist order that demands that Perez discontinue his practice of drawing all over the faces of celebrity photos.  And Michael isn’t just mad about all the coke that is usually running down Lindsay’s face on the site, he wants every bit of it to end.

Michael  is adamant that the pornographic and obscene materials on Hilton’s blog must come to an end.  Maybe he should team up with Demi, who launched her own campaign against Perez last month on Twitter.  Moore became enraged when Hilton posted photos of her underage daughter on his site and then made sexual comments.  You can read that whole saga here.

Actress and singer Lindsay Lohan has landed a three day concert hosting job in Singapore.  The events lead up to the Singapore Grand Prix.

Lindsay was not the first pick for the F1 Rocks three day concert….that would have been Pussy Cat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger, who initally signed on but had to back out.  In typical LiLo speak she shared,  “It’s a bunch of performers whom I am a really big fan of. ”

Lindsay claims she is excited about the music but she’s also into racing.  Showing her extensive racing knowledge she provided some very enlightening personal information, no doubt intended to impress:  “I like to drive.  I like cars.  I like fast cars.  I studied NASCAR for almost a year for Herbie.  It was very hot inside those cars.”

Celebrities performing at the event include Beyonce Knowles, Black Eyed Peas, No Doubt and ZZ Top.

The latest question in the burglary case at Lindsay Lohan’s home is…how well does she know Nick Prugo?

Prugo was arrested last week and the judge set his bail at $20,000 for his involvement in the break-in at LiLo’s home.  Nick is also a suspect in the burglary of actress Audrina Patridge’s home.

Several people who worked with Lohan on her film Labor Pains have stated that Nick was on the set of the movie many times with Lindsay….as many as 10 times according to one source.

The 18-year-old has a criminal past…he was arrested early this year on cocaine possession and again last month for a DUI.

There is no confirmation as to whether Nick had been to Lohan’s home with her in the past.  Our guess…probably.

Actresses Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge are most likely breathing a sigh of relief now that at least one of the suspected thieves that robbed their homes is behind bars.

Eighteen year old Nicholas Prugo has been arrested and his bail is set at $20,000.  He was locked up on Thursday morning and is believed to have a connection in both break-ins.

Audrina’s home was burglarized back in February and Lohan’s was hit last month.  In both instances personal items were taken, including jewelry, handbags and clothing.

There is also believed to be a young woman involved in the robberies and the investigation is ongoing.

Lindsay’s mother Dina Lohan told People magazine, “Yes, we have found (him), God is good.”

Have no fear because Michael Lohan is here!  “Actress” Lindsay Lohan was the target of yet another burglary.  The celebrity arrived at her home early Sunday morning to discover that designer gear, jewelry and cash were missing and immediately put in an emergency call to her father.

This is the second break-in for Lindsay in the last year.  The first one was first thought to be a simple case of a messy house that looked at though it had been ransacked (haha).  Further investigation revealed that intruders had been captured on a security video but were scared off without taking anything.

So let’s get back to Michael.  After getting the ‘911′ call from his daughter, he spoke to WENN and said, “I am coming to L.A. to get to the bottom of this.  This time they (burglars) will be caught.  I have had enough of people lying, twisting things and violating my family, then getting away with it.”

Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan got in her two cents as well, sharing the fact that a safe had been ripped right out of the wall, a door was off the hinges and a door handle had been removed.  Dina also thanked God that Lindsay was not at home at the time of the crime.
