Lindsay Lohan In Trouble With the Law…Again

With her father Michael Lohan all over the television and internet going on about her addiction to pills, Lindsay Lohan doesn’t have much of a chance with her probation officer.

In 2007 Lindsay was charged with a DUI, her sentence was 24 hours in prison, 10 hours community service mandatory attendance in an alcohol education program. In reality she actually spent a whopping 84 minutes behind bars and was placed on three years probation.

What exactly has Lindsay done wrong this time? She has failed to abide by the rules of her alcohol education class. The consequences could mean that she will end up back behind bars. A progress report hearing is to be scheduled soon and Lohan will go in front of the judge. We are wondering if this is all part of Michael’s intervention plan?

Dina Lohan Says “Leave Lindsay Alone”

We must admit that Dina Lohan has not been publicly vocal about her children for the most part. As far as daddy Michael Lohan goes….that’s another story. His latest trash talk has finally gotten a rise out of Dina, who felt compelled to address her ex-husband’s latest claims about their eldest daughter Lindsay Lohan.

Yesterday Dina spoke with Page Six and made it clear that Michael is estranged from Lindsay and has no contact with her. Michael’s latest claim is that Lindsay is addicted to prescription pills and he wants the family to come together for an intervention. Hey….aren’t intervention usually kept a secret? We’re just saying…

Mother Dina said:

“I’ve had full custody of all my children for the last 10 years. He has been incarcerated for some of that time, so whatever is going on in Lindsay’s personal life is our business. And for him getting paid to say things about her when he’s five months behind in child support is wrong.

I can’t change Michael to make him do the right thing — that’s up to him and God. But it is hurtful for a child to have her own father, whom she has no relationship with, to say things in public about her like that.”

So does Lindsay have addiction issues? Dina said she has no idea what Michael is talking about and added that she can’t comment on everything that her ex says. Hmm, seems like she is dodging the question.

Michael Lohan Takes On Perez Hilton

Actress Demi Moore isn’t the only one who is taking legal action against celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton. We have learned that Lindsay Lohan’s daddy Michael Lohan is getting in on the action as well.

Daddy Lohan seems compelled to save the world one issue at a time. This time he has sent a cease and desist order that demands that Perez discontinue his practice of drawing all over the faces of celebrity photos. And Michael isn’t just mad about all the coke that is usually running down Lindsay’s face on the site, he wants every bit of it to end.

Michael is adamant that the pornographic and obscene materials on Hilton’s blog must come to an end. Maybe he should team up with Demi, who launched her own campaign against Perez last month on Twitter. Moore became enraged when Hilton posted photos of her underage daughter on his site and then made sexual comments. You can read that whole saga here.

Can’t wait to see what Perez has to say about the latest cease and desist order.

Lindsay Lohan’s House Robbed…Again!

Have no fear because Michael Lohan is here! “Actress” Lindsay Lohan was the target of yet another burglary. The celebrity arrived at her home early Sunday morning to discover that designer gear, jewelry and cash were missing and immediately put in an emergency call to her father.

This is the second break-in for Lindsay in the last year. The first one was first thought to be a simple case of a messy house that looked at though it had been ransacked (haha). Further investigation revealed that intruders had been captured on a security video but were scared off without taking anything.

So let’s get back to Michael. After getting the ‘911′ call from his daughter, he spoke to WENN and said, “I am coming to L.A. to get to the bottom of this. This time they (burglars) will be caught. I have had enough of people lying, twisting things and violating my family, then getting away with it.”

Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan got in her two cents as well, sharing the fact that a safe had been ripped right out of the wall, a door was off the hinges and a door handle had been removed. Dina also thanked God that Lindsay was not at home at the time of the crime.

Following his much publicized split from Kate Gosselin, newly single Jon Gosselin has been hanging with a decidedly different crowd. He was part of the social scene in the Hamptons over the weekend with his new BFF Michael Lohan, father of wayward actress Lindsay Lohan.

Michael Lohan is known to be self-promoting and manipulative and it looks like he and Gosselin have hooked up for some fun in the Hamptons. Lohan has been showing his new friend the social ropes now that Jon has a bachelor pad at The Alexandria, a trendy high-rise apartment complex in Manhattan.

Over the weekend, Lohan and his girlfriend Erin Muller took Jon shopping and then they attended the Mercedes Benz Polo Challenge in Bridgehampton, New York.

Besides Lohan, Gosselin has hobnobbed with the likes of fashion icon Christian Audigier on his luxury yacht in St. Tropez, in the company of 22-year-old Hailey Glassman. Shortly after returning to New York, he had dinner with gossip reporter Kate Majors, who was so smitten with the father of eight that she quit her job to prove to him that she wasn’t just using him for a good story.

Gosselin continues to indicate that his main focus now is on his children. Something isn’t quite adding up here. We’re just saying….

Michael Lohan Comes To Lindsay’s Rescue Again

Just a few days ago news broke that Lindsay Lohan’s home had been broken into and then ransacked. Later the police recanted their initial finding to say that the home was just messy. Now there is surveillance footage that proves that there was an attempted break-in at her home.

Police have video of the two men who tried to enter Lohan’s home on Tuesday. One man wore a baseball cap and had a bandanna over his face. They arrived at the property at 3:00 p.m. in a gray four-door station wagon. Police said,

“While the driver stayed inside, the passenger suspect stepped out of the vehicle, walked through a gate and entered the back yard of the residence.

Investigators believed that the suspect tried to gain entry by using an unknown type tool to pry open a back window or door. After an unsuccessful attempt, the suspects drove off.”

This is where it gets fun. Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, has contacted the police department with the intent to help find the guys who tried to break into his daughter’s home. He said that when he finds them, they are going to have major problems. Michael believes that the suspects knew his daughter was in France with her younger sister Ali Lohan.

The fact remains that the house was never ransacked and Lohan lives in a messy home. We’re just saying….

Michael Lohan Has Cleared His Schedule for Lindsay

This is great news! We’re sure that Lindsay Lohan must be breathing a sigh of relief after finding out that her father, Michael Lohan has cleared his schedule so that he can be by her side after her recent split with DJ Samantha Ronson.

Like any supportive father, Michael is concerned because break-ups are never easy and he plans to head to L.A. to meet with Lindsay in order to help her through this rough time.

Does that mean that Pops won’t be able to do his usual press rounds about LiLo’s sinking career and her pathetic love life? Man are we going to miss hearing his words of wisdom.

It wouldn’t be right if we didn’t include at least one quote from the ‘father of the year’. Speaking to Extra, he said:

“At a time like this, she (Lindsay) needs someone standing by her side. It’s about time she had both her parents with her, without Dina driving a wedge between us. It’s time for Lindsay to resurrect her life and career.”

The break-up was confirmed by Lindsay who says they are just “taking a break” and for the record People magazine is now saying that Samantha Ronson will not be seeking a restraining order against Lindsay. We wonder if she will against Michael?

Sam’s twin sister, fashion designer Charlotte Ronson made a visit to the LAPD on Monday, inquiring about how she and her mother should go about taking out their own restraining order against Lindsay.

Michael Lohan is Backpedaling Again!

For some reason Michael Lohan has seen the light once again. This time Lindsay Lohan’s daddy is backpedaling on all of the nasty things that he has previously spewed about her girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

While attending a book party on Oct. 21st, Michael spoke with New York magazine and said, “I definitely regret all the things I said about Samantha.” He added that he’s a Christian and that he should not pass judgment on anyone.

In his past rants Michael has called Ronson “dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity”. That’s mighty big of him to take back those cruel things. He claims to have learned not to use the media as a way to talk with his daughter.

So, who knows what to believe with Michael? He says that he has been speaking with Lindsay recently, but he has said that in the past too. The actress has been known to immediately counter those claims with some iteration of ‘he’s full of it’.

When daddy ‘no bucks’ was asked more about Lindsay’s life he said, “Family matters should be kept private, I’ve learned that now.” We know we have heard this exact statement from Michael in the past so it will be interesting to see how long he can keep his yapper shut.

The highest bidder at an upcoming charity event will get to enter the ring November 24th at the Hilton Long Island in Melville and take a shot at shutting up the biggest mouth around.

Lohan intends to put his prison boxing skills to the test and he’s clearly been looking for a fight. We are wondering who staked him – because he clearly isn’t on LiLo’s payroll?

Let’s hope that Michael’s oldest daughter Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend Samantha Ronson hire themselves one of the best boxers to take the challenge…after all – it’s for charity! Picture Lohan knocked flat before he ever gets a chance to tap out.

Lindsay has recently said that she is considering a restraining order against her father because of his “strange and scary” behavior. Here’s your opportunity, Linds, to send him a message.

Bids will start at $5,000. The lineup is likely to be long and the unnamed charity will make a good chunk of change. Back in August Michael was spewing on about how he wanted to fight K-Fed because they are such famous fathers. Who could blame Kevin Federline for not jumping at the chance? But then again, it’s not cool to knock out an old man – shades of knocking out your father…

Lindsay Lohan Mulls Restraining Order Against Michael Lohan

Lindsay Lohan considers her father Michael Lohan “strange and scary”. She is concerned enough about his recent derogatory comments that she may opt to get an order of protection through the court system.

Lindsay’s mother Dina Lohan and sister Ali Lohan have reportedly already sought restraining orders through Family Court in Nassau County, though Michael Lohan denies that has occurred.

LiLo says she is tired of her father commenting about her mother, sister and girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Michael’s latest diss of Ronson asserted that she is “dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity.”

Through her rep, Lohan issued the following statement to the New York Post:

”My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and me my whole childhood.”
