Lisa D’Amato Seriously Injures Face in Freak Accident

America’s Next Top Model All-Star 2011 winner Lisa D’Amato suffered serious facial injuries while clowning around on the set of a new indie movie, “Cowboys and Indians.”

D’Amato was doing a handstand up against a crew member when they both fell, and the crew member landed on top of her breaking her nose in several places and leaving lacerations on her forehead, lips and chin.

“It was a total freak accident,” she told People magazine.

“I looked at my hands. They were covered with blood. That’s when I thought, ‘Oh, my God, what did I do to myself?’ Of course, I started crying.”

The 32-year-old was rushed to the hospital where she underwent facial reconstruction surgery.

“I didn’t have the best nose in the world to begin with. It gave me character,” D’Amato joked while looking at the silver lining. “Now I have a nice little nose job. I get a super cute nose.”

D’Amato has posted graphic photos of her injuries and healing process on Instagram.

Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton, 23, rocked her new single status with ease on a New York City runway this week after a recent split with actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

Heatherton strutted Wednesday night for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and later chatted with E! about the break-up.

She gushed, “I’m having the best time right now. I couldn’t feel more beautiful with all my friends. It’s wonderful.”

Leo and Erin split amicably in October because of their busy schedules and reportedly plan to remain friends.

VS model Lily Aldridge piped in about her friend’s single status, “I don’t think Erin is going to have any problems getting a man. I’m pretty sure there is a line around New York City waiting for her. Every guy I know is like, ‘Please introduce me to Erin!’”

She added, “Erin is my girl! She is my daughter’s godmother, she’s my best friend and she is just amazing. She is such an angel, such a star. She’s the best.”

Italian model Raffaella Fico strutted her stuff on the runway during Milan Fashion Week. A strangely unique twist was the fact that she is six months pregnant.

The 24-year-old appeared to be in perfect shape, right down to her firm baby bump, while showcasing bikinis for Pin Up Stars catwalk show.

The model is actually dealing with a considerable amount of drama in her personal life. The alleged baby daddy, Italian national team football striker Mario Balotelli, has publicly questioned whether he really is the father of her unborn child and is demanding a paternity test.

Supermodel Bar Refaeli rocks a sexy bikini on the cover of the September issue of Maxim and tops the magazine’s annual ‘Hot 100′ list.

Inside the special edition the former girlfriend of actor Leonardo DiCaprio talks about what she finds most attractive in men.

She revealed,”Teeth are the first thing I look at. With today’s orthodontists, I don’t understand why people wouldn’t fix them.”

One thing she doesn’t like … guys who are “too cool for school.”

“If someone is funny, he should say something funny. If someone is sweet and gentle, he should talk that way. Just be yourself. Like, the other day, I was at the airport, and there was a cute guy who I saw notice me. But instead of coming up next to me, he put his head down and started texting to appear like, ‘Oh, didn’t even see you!’ I was like, if you really were cool, you’d just be yourself and talk to me.”

The Israeli supermodel isn’t an avid dater, “I think part of the reason is that I’m not out much. I’m usually at a photo shoot or getting to sleep early. I don’t really have a chance to meet people other than businessmen on planes. They’re all married and much older, though.”

That said, the 27-year-old has recently been spotted hanging with pro snowboarder Shaun White.

Teen beauties Cassidy Gifford and Kendall Jenner hit the catwalk at Trump Towers last night for An Evening By Sherri Hill fashion show featuring prom and pageant dresses.

The New York Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2012 events have been in full swing. Young women from high-profile backgrounds are often tapped by designers to strut their stuff on the runway.

Earlier in the week, Kylie Jenner, 14, made her runway debut at fashion designer Avril Lavigne‘s Abbey Dawn fashion show.

Cassidy Gifford, 18, is the daughter of NFL Hall of Famer Frank Gifford, and NBC Today Show regular Kathie Lee Gifford.

Leave it to the Gifford’s to manage a great photo op with Donald Trump and Governor Rick Perry of Texas, a Republican presidential candidate.

Fifteen-year-old Kendall Jenner is the daughter of former Olympian Bruce Jenner and Kris Jenner, matriarch of the Kardashian family, of reality show fame.
