Eva Mendes Controversial Calvin Klein Billboard Ads

Actress Eva Mendes is not one to shy away from over-the-top advertising and she proves that time and time again with her Calvin Klein billboards.

In the latest Calvin Klein campaign that some are calling “racy”, a giant billboard has been placed on an entire block of a trendy SoHo neighborhood. Some fear it is going to cause an accident.

Eva is all greased up and wearing see-through bra and panties. An equally greased up male model, also in the shot, is in his underwear….and oh yeah, she’s pulling on them. It’s pretty hot!

Last year Eva’s Calvin Klein ad ended up being banned in America for it’s obscene nature. Will this one have to be taken down as well? Time will tell.

Ralph Lauren Model Filippa Hamilton Fired For Being ‘Too Fat’

Filippa Hamilton, the model who made headlines for a controversial Ralph Lauren ad in which her body is severely distorted into an emaciated bobble head, has been fired from the company for being “too fat.”

Filippa, who is 5′10″, 120 pounds, and a size 4, has modeled for Ralph Lauren for eight years.

A statement issued by the company says the 23-year-old was dismissed for “an inability to meet the obligations of her contract.” They also addressed the controversial Photoshopped image, saying the picture was “mistakenly released and used in a department store in Japan and was not the approved image which ran in the U.S. We take full responsibility. This error has absolutely no connection to our relationship with Filippa Hamilton.”

Hamilton is concerned about the impact of the image on the public. “I think they owe American women an apology, a big apology,” she said. “I’m very proud of what I look like, and I think a role model should look healthy.”

Kelly Brook Nude Ralph Lauren Ad Campaign Photos

English model Kelly Brook, 29, is featured in an upcoming ad campaign for Ralph Lauren, and from the looks of these newly released pictures from the photo shoot, the designer is going for the minimalist look, since Brook is completely nude, except for a few strategically-placed pink hydrangeas and a pair of high heels.

The “Strictly Come Dancing” star also posed in sports bra and briefs.

So, is it a still a fashion shoot if the model isn’t wearing any clothes?

Kathleen Neill Arrested for Posing Nude at The Met (VIDEO)

Kathleen “K.C.” Neill was arrested on Wednesday for posing nude at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Neill, 26, was posing for photographer Zack Hyman, who has been getting attention for photographing nude models on the subway and other public areas in New York City.

Ironically, Hyman, 22, says his inspiration for the series he calls “Nude Yorkers” came from the nude paintings in the Met.

Neill, who was busted during the photo shoot in a gallery at the museum’s arms and armor department faces charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and public lewdness for posing naked in full view of visitors.

Hyman insists his photos are not pornographic. According to defense attorney Donald Schechter, the museum is full of nude art, and to call what Hyman and Neill were doing obscenity “is ridiculous.”

Naomi Sims Dead, First Black Supermodel 1948-2009 (PHOTOS)

The first African American supermodel, Naomi Ruth Sims, has died of cancer. The accomplished businesswoman and author died of cancer at the age of 61 in Newark, New Jersey.

By the age of 15, Sims was already 5 foot 10 inches tall. She appeared on the November 1968 cover of Ladies Home Journal at the age of twenty. It was the first time a black model had been featured on the cover of a high profile fashion magazine. Sims paved the way for what has since been described as the start of the “black is beautiful” era.

Essence magazine said of her talent, “Never had a model so dark-skinned received so much exposure, praise, and professional prestige.” She lent her elegance and regality to each project before moving on to other endeavors after a short five year modeling career.

Sims authored several books: All About Health and Beauty for the Black Woman, How to Be a Top Model and All About Success for the Black Woman. She also had an weekly advice column in Right On! magazine for teenage girls.

Her marriage to Michael Findlay ended in divorce in 1991. She is survived by a son, Bob Findlay.

Joshua Walter: Hugo Boss Model to Thug (PHOTOS)

20-year-old Hugo Boss model Joshua Walter, who first made headlines at age 17 for his romantic involvement with 37-year-old teacher Gina Salamino, is back in the news today for his part in a string of robberies in New York City.

Walter and three others were arrested Thursday for a crime spree that began June 14 and included gas stations, 7-11 stores, bodegas, fruit and vegetable markets, and Dunkin’ Donuts.

Cops said the thug band would go armed to grab cash out of registers. Then, they would also rob everybody in the place.

Walter is accused of pistol-whipping one of the victims.

Also arrested were Lamont Adams, 33, and Willie Winston, 30, of Queens and James Young, 29, of Brooklyn. The four were charged with robbery and criminal possession of a firearm.

Walter, who has modeled in Milan, Paris and New York, lives with former second grade teacher Gina Salamino, who lost her job after it was discovered the two were involved in a sexual relationship. The couple has one child.

Walter told Department of Education investigators at the time “I’m tapping that ass and there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Madonna’s “friend” Jesus Luz was on hand in Buenos Aires, Argentina yesterday on a photocall for the Ona Saez Spring/Winter 2010 campaign Fieles.

There is no denying that Luz is extremely good looking…but, why didn’t someone help him pick out a jacket that fit him. If Madonna is truly his friend, she needs to get him a stylist or lend him one of hers.

Check out the photos below–it looks like Jesus needs someone to help him shave too. The peach fuzz thing is 16-year-old behavior. Granted, he’s only 22 but come on!

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her NFL quarterback husband Tom Brady were seen visiting a Park Avenue obstetrician’s office today. Recent photos seem to support the fact that they are expecting a child together.

The couple exchanged wedding vows at the end of February and had another ceremony for family in Costa Rica last month. The big news that day was that gunshots were fired.

Brady has a 20 month old son John Edward Thomas Moynahan, with model Bridget Moynahan. Bundchen was recently criticized by Moynahan and her friends for insinuating that she considers Tom’s son to be her son too. We can understand what she was trying to convey but the toddler’s biological mama did not find the sentiment to be at all endearing.
