Hot off the presses … check out the sole image from Lindsay Lohan‘s latest photo shoot. If you were thinking it looks more like a mugshot, you would be correct.

Lindsay pleaded no contest on March 18 to reckless driving and lying to a police officer, stemming from her car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway last summer. Lilo turned herself in yesterday for booking at the Santa Monica Police Department, where she posed for her newest institutional glamour shot. Check out the rest of her mugshots at BuzzFeed.

Lindsay Lohan Fires Her Saving Grace: Shawn Holley

Seriously, I almost wish we were making this up! “Actress” Lindsay Lohan fired the one and only person who had her back–attorney Shawn Holley.

Facing criminal prosecution charges on both coasts, Lilo has hired New York attorney Mark Heller to oversee all of her legal woes.

Heller was reportedly instructed by the ‘Liz & Dick’ celeb to notify Holley via legal correspondence that he is taking over Miss Lohan’s legal matters. Lindsay signed the document that was initiated Monday.

Shawn has saved Lindsay’s butt more times than we can count. In fact, Holley has taken some criticism of being “too effective” in keeping Lindsay out of jail for the jewelry heist and a string of probation violations.

The new legal eagle comes with some baggage of his own. In 1994 he was suspended for five years from practicing law and according to the New York Times has been called a “menace to the public” by other lawyers. That comment would strongly suggest that Lohan and her new lawyer have something in common.

It didn’t take Lindsay long to realize her had been hoodwinked by Heller. She claims she never authorized him to fire Holley, a woman she considers a “second mother” and her saving grace. With a probation violation hearing slated for today in L.A., Lohan instructed her New York lawyer to rescind the first letter to Shawn Holley immediately.

Fun fact: the starlet hasn’t paid a dime in legal fees to Holley in the past six months and has amassed $300,000 in legal fees. Seeking celebrity justice doesn’t come cheap.

Stephen Baldwin Arrested for Tax Evasion in New York

‘Celebrity Apprentice’ star Stephen Baldwin was arrested yesterday for failure to file state income taxes in New York.

The actor reportedly owes more than $350,000 in back taxes and penalties from 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Baldwin, who cooperated in the year-long investigation, pleaded guilty during an arraignment Thursday in Nyack, NY, and was released on his own recognizance after producing a check for $100,000 as a “good faith” down payment.

His attorney Russel M. Yankwitt told reporters, “Mr. Baldwin did not commit any crimes. He is working diligently with the district attorney’s office and the New York state commissioner of taxation and finance to resolve any remaining disputes.”

District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said, “We cannot afford to allow wealthy residents to break the law by cheating on their taxes.”

Baldwin, due back in court on Feb. 5, faces up to four years in prison if convicted — his mugshot here.

Lindsay Lohan’s Downward Spiral Includes IRS: Report

After getting nailed late last week with crimes committed in Manhattan and Los Angeles, we have now learned that Lindsay Lohan is also in trouble with the IRS.

According to a TMZ report, the IRS has seized the ‘Liz & Dick’ star’s bank accounts in an attempt to recoup taxes owed for the past three years.

The generous $100,000 check that Charlie Sheen recently wrote to cover her tax lien didn’t come close to satisfying her debt. She is still in arrears to the tune of $233,904.

Lohan is reportedly in “full blown panic mode” over this latest turn of events and is trying to drum up some work to bring in some cash flow.

Close friends and business associates have tried to get Lilo to enter a rehab facility but she is adamant that she doesn’t have a problem with alcohol — a fact disputed by her recently fired personal manager who suggests she is drinking vodka from the time she gets up until she goes to bed.

Lindsay has a hearing set in Manhattan for early January for the alleged nightclub assault on Tiffany Mitchell, who has hired high-profile legal eagle Gloria Allred.

Her bigger worry at the moment is the possibility of being put in jail for violating her probation in California. On the same day she was arrested in NYC, the L.A. District Attorney’s office filed charges against the actress for lying to police in connection with a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in June.

At last report the young actress was crashing at Dina Lohan’s pad in Long Island. She continues to shun calls from her father Michael Lohan — the media seeker who tried unsuccessfully to stage an intervention at her home last month.

Lindsay Lohan Charged on Two Coasts, L.A. and NYC

Hours after Lindsay Lohan was arrested in Manhattan for assaulting a female nightclub patron, the Los Angeles District Attorney charged the ‘Mean Girls’ actress with three misdemeanor counts for lying to a Santa Monica policeman.

Timing is everything and we have to assume that it was no coincidence that the L.A. DA decided to pull the trigger on Lohan after letting the investigation lag for five months.

The 26-year-old plowed a Porsche into the back of a semi truck in June and led police to believe her personal assistant was behind the wheel. At some point he decided not to take a fall for Lohan and officers are confident they have enough evidence to prosecute her for the deception.

The California charges could mean an automatic revocation of her 2011 probation in connection a shoplifting charge for removing a necklace from a Venice jewelry store. We’re guessing L.A. County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner will soon be presiding over an emergency hearing.

Suffice it to say it has been a really bad week for Lindsay. Sunday she was the butt of a billion Twitter jokes for her lackluster Liz Taylor portrayal. Ironically, that turned out to be the least of her problems.

After being released from police custody, Lindsay threw a screaming fit and left her personal assistant Gavin Doyle on the police station curb.

He hit Twitter, “@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you. Xxx”

Later he tweeted, “Life is NOT a movie it’s a reality that needs to be faced.”
