Is there a doctor in the house?  Actor Shane West, who played Dr. Ray Barnett on the hit show ER, partied so hard that he took a digger and cause a little bodily harm to his face.

It must of been one hell of a night out…West and his friends partied it up at Boulevard3 in Los Angeles and took in a Katy Perry concert.  After the show they took their party back to the privacy of Shane’s home, where the good times continued.

There is no proof that there wasn’t a hole in the floor, or that one of his friends tripped him, or that he his leg fell asleep, causing Shane to fall on his face.  In any case… you get the drift.  He fell and ended up with some major bruises and cuts.

RadarOnline.com claims the actor and musician was forced to lay low for a few days but was able to attend a scheduled concert for his band The Germs.

Breathtaking and head turning was what last night’s 2009 American Music Awards were all about.  So many different styles, yet true to form, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert all had one thing in common…shock factor.

I have often wondered if the AMA picks the costume designers for the musicians.  Did anone else notice that there were an awful lot of spikes on the clothing?

American Idol host Ryan Seacrest just posted news on his Twitter page about singer Miley Cyrus‘ tour bus crashing and causing a fatality.  He ‘tweeted’, “Miley Cyrus’ tour bus crashes in Virginia killing bus driver and injuring 9.  Miley not on board.”

TMZ is reporting that Miley was part of a four bus caravan but was not in the bus that crashed.  It is unknown at this point if the driver died before or as a result of the crash.  The caravan was headed to Greensboro, North Carolina for her next concert on November 22.

A member of the Dinwiddie County Fire and EMS in Virginia said that the tour bus that was involved in the crash was carrying fourteen production lighting crew members.  Nine of those people have sustained minor injuries.

According to an eye witness, the bus appeared to drift off the road for a fairly long stretch before tipping over.

Singer, actress, designer, mother and wife Jennifer Lopez will be releasing a new album title Love? January 25, 2010.  Audio from her single Louboutins has been released and we have it for you below.

J-Lo will perform it live on November 22nd at the 2009 American Music Awards.  It was produced by Christopher “Tricky” Stewart and written by The-Dream.  Rumor has it that the song was intended for singer Brandy, but was handed off to Lopez after Norwood parted ways with Epic Records.

Love it!  A small town sports bar called Boomer’s Sports Cellar and Club in Idaho is in deep trouble for playing tunes without proper music licensing.  Country phenom Taylor Swift’s copyrights have been violated, but no worries.  The powers that be are all over the matter and will see that justice is served in the matter.

BMI, the company that enforces music royalties, performed a “sting” operation on the bar to see if things were on the up-and-up…and they weren’t.  A copyright lawsuit has been filed and Swift’s name is included.

It’s worse than you thought, they were not only playing  CMA Entertainer of the Year winner’s music, they were using her songs for KARAOKE!  Clearly, they don’t know that Swift dates a werewolf.

We can’t help but wonder if Kanye West owns any establishments in Lewiston, Idaho.  After all, he has already demonstrated that he doesn’t have a problem stealing her thunder.

Singer Joss Stone recently sat for an interview with Britain’s Star magazine and it has anti-drug campaigners freaking out.  You may have guessed it…the 22-year-old admitted to smoking weed on a regular basis, calling it “fun”.

Here’s what the uproar is about:  Joss said, “I smoke weed, but I don’t think it’s really a drug.  It’s more an herb.  I don’t regret saying that at all.  I think everyone smokes weed and people who say they don’t are lying!  Weed has been given this evil stamp, but how is it dangerous?  It’s going to make you laugh your a** off?  You might go to sleep?  I think alcohol is much more harmful.”

How often does Stone do drugs?  Well she said it depends on the day and if the studio allows smoking or not and what song she is working on.  As for harsher drugs, Stone said “I don’t want to take all those horrible drugs.  Although some sound fun, so I might dabble now and then!”

The head of the National Drug Prevention Alliance, David Raynes said, “She should consider the effects that her comments have on other people, especially young fans who look up to her.  People like Joss Stone should keep their mouths shut about things like this.  It is terribly damaging and she clearly hasn’t considered the wider effects of the drug, although she clearly didn’t get to become a pop star because she is a student of social sciences.  We already have a drug culture in the U.K. and she is simply adding to it.”

Last Thursday night Jackie Jackson watched Michael Jackson’s much anticipated movie This Is It.  While most family members have said they will not attend the film, Jackie spoke with TMZ and shared his thoughts on the movie.

“My brother’s film ‘This Is It‘ is truly riveting.  Michael is electrifying!  We get a glimpse of a true genius at work.  His passionate message for healing the world, saving the planet and our children’s futures is something he was always striving for in his lifetime.”

The movie is 111 minutes long and will only be seen for only two weeks in theaters.  The footage is a documentary made from 80 hours of footage shot while the King of Pop was rehearsing for his upcoming 50 date tour.

Michael’s mother Katherine Jackson is staying strong and indicates she has no intentions of watching the movie.  Michael’s children plan to view the film.
