Nick Hogan Made a Bad Investment, Files Lawsuit

We have all been there right…we see a bigger picture than others see. Nick Hogan is regretting becoming an investor in a record company that never happened.

Hogan wants his investment back and is taking legal action against Louis Adkinson and Damon Elliot. The threesome were each to put up $50,000 back in January to start a record production company called Confidential South, LLC.

The business never even got off the ground and Elliot and Adkinson never lived up to their side of the bargain. Nick said that he was assured that if the company did not materialize he would get his investment back.

That’s not all. Louis and Damon are said to have run up a bill of $80,767 on Nick’s American Express card. One has to wonder why he would give out his card…right?

Nick is seeking a sum exceeding $130,000 in a recently filed lawsuit.

Edward Graziano Solicits Hit Man to Kill Wife

This story didn’t go at all the way we expected. Although the family has not been in the news recently, Edward Graziano was caught hiring a hit man. Ed is the father of John Graziano, who was left in a vegetative state after being involved in a car crash with Nick Hogan, who served 188 days in the county jail.

Our first instinct was that he would opt to off the Hulk himself or Nick after what happened to his son but we were wrong. Graziano wanted his estranged wife permanently taken out. How? In a car crash. Creepy right?

How does one go about this….you might ask. If you are Ed, you contact an undercover cop and offer him $1,100 in cash, write him a $1,000 personal check and don’t forget the $13.06 gift card to Westshore Pizza. We don’t make this stuff up folks!

Graziano’s arrest came after a two month long investigation. As for his wife Debra – her lawyer says that she can’t believe how much tragedy can happen to one family and that her priority will continue to be her son John.

Hulk Hogan and Linda Bollea Drama Continues

This could be classified as the dumbest story of the day we are sure…but, Hulk Hogan and Linda Bollea are back at it and this time it has to do with a Rolls Royce and Hulks fears that Linda’s 19 year old boy toy Charley Hill will drive it and wreck it.

As part of their divorce proceedings, it had been decided that the couples Rolls-Royce would stay in storage until their shared marital assets were divided up.

Linda must feel differently about the ruling because Hulk and his lawyer got word that Bollea called to have the car prepped to be driven. What does that mean? A wash, gas?

The problem is that the insurance that is taken out on the car is “woefully inadequate” and the Hulk is concerned that if his ex’s 19 year old boyfriend takes the car for a joy ride the car could be put at risk.

He’s right. Look what happened to his son Nick Hogan, who was just released from jail after he used bad judgment in a fast car and wound up causing great bodily harm to John Graziano, who is now permanently disabled.

Stick to your guns Hulk. It’s got the making of disaster written all over it.

Nick Hogan Went to Jail a Boy and Came Home a Man

Nick Hogan went to jail a boy and came out a man – or at least that is what his mommy Linda Hogan or Linda Bollea is saying (whatever her name is.) Nicky was released from jail yesterday after serving 188 days in the Pinellas County jail for reckless driving and causing passenger John Graziano to live with lifelong medical needs.

During and “impromptu” press conference held outside of Linda’s home yesterday, she had this to say:

“He’s a changed person. He went into prison a juvenile, and you know he’s experienced something that is going to mold and change him for the rest of his life, for his adult life. He wants to make a positive change in this world.”

Hey Nick, run as fast as you can away from your family because they haven’t changed. They are still making buffoons of themselves on a daily basis. You have a clean slate – RUN!

Nick Bollea Set For Early Jail Release

Hulk Hogan and Linda Bollea must be head over heels (not with each other) over the fact that their baby boy Nick Bollea is going to be released from jail early. He has been doing his time for reckless driving and causing serious injury to 22 year old passenger John Graziano. Nick is serving his 8 month sentence at Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, FL.

This early release program is very typical and each inmates time served is controlled with a credit system. Upon entering the facility they are given credits and as long as they keep their nose clean they can put those credits towards early dismissal. So if you were thinking that Nicky was getting special treatment – think again.

Let’s imagine the homecoming party for Bollea or even just the parking lot at the jailhouse when he is released on Oct. 21st. The sun is shining and his mother, his sister Brooke Hogan and his daddy’s girlfriend, who could pass as triplets, are waiting for him together and he can’t tell which one is which – what will he do? Run Nick, run!

Brooke told People magazine that she isn’t sure about Nick’s living arrangement plans but thinks he is probably going to do his own thing. Good boy Nick because if you follow the path your family is taking, you will find yourself, day in and day out, on the beach getting sun tan oil rubbed on by one of your family members.

Nick Bollea Transfers to Big Boy Prison

Well, with age comes different responsibilities and for Nick Bollea that means movin’ on up the block. Nick is currently serving 8 months in the Pinellas County Jail for the harm that he inflicted upon John Graziano during a car accident.

Nick will turn 18 this Sunday and unless a judge steps in and gives different orders, Bollea will be moved to the adult facility. The prison is described as a dorm-like setting where he can hang out will all the hardened criminals. We can hear the sob filled phone calls now.

Hulk Hogan Exposes Death Threat Voice Mail from Frank Graziano

Whoa, whoa, whoa, Bubba the Love Sponge, radio host and friend of the Hogan family has in his possession some pretty explicit voice mail messages left for Hulk Hogan and his family, allegedly by hospital ridden John Graziano’s brother, Frank.

The audio is very graphic so be prepared. Death threats and promises of retaliation run rampant. There is currently an open investigation going on by the Clearwater police department on these very threatening tapes.

TMZ has the voice footage. This mess only seems to be getting bigger and bigger by the day. Hopefully some kind of truce will happen before someone else gets hurt. At least Nick Bollea is safely behind bars where he is serving an 8 month jail term.

Brooke Hogan Doesn’t Condone Her Mom’s Relationship

Brooke Hogan, 20, is not too impressed with her mother’s choice of arm candy. Charlie Hill, 19, who has been seen lately with Linda Bollea, 49, was a grade behind Brooke in school.

Last night at Yo!, Brooke spoke with E! revealing that she went to school with Charlie and that the whole situation made her uncomfortable, saying:

I’m totally freaked out. This is really weird…I personally don’t like it at all, or condone. She’s my mom so I have to show her support.”

Brooke has been thrust into the scrutinizing public eye since her mother filed for divorce in November of 2007 and her brother Nick Bollea was sentenced to eight months behind bars. Though her life seems a little up in the air at the moment, it sounds like Brooke is trying to keep a positive attitude:

I am just staying the course and dealing with it and supporting my family. I thought we were one of the normal Hollywood families. It’s crazy watching it all fall apart, but I hope for the best.”

If I were Brooke I would find myself a really old boyfriend and make a whole new family. Let us know who you think Brooke should set her hooks on.

Nick Hogan Gets Letter from Teacher Accused of Sex Crimes Stephanie Ragusa

Authorities have intercepted a letter to Nick Hogan written by 29-year-old Stephanie Ragusa, the Florida teacher currently in jail awaiting trial for sex crimes charges stemming from alleged sexual encounters with Florida teens.

Ragusa is charged with two felony counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and five counts of lewd and lascivious battery, among others.

The letter, which was intercepted by Pinellas County sheriff’s deputies was not sexual in nature, and a copy was eventually delivered to Hogan.

Although Ragusa is barred from contacting any of her alleged victims, she apparently has broken no rules by contacting 17-year-old Nick.

I wonder what mom Linda Hogan thinks about this in light of her romance with her own 19-year-old teenage boy toy.

Nick Bollea (Hogan) Blames John Graziano

Nick Hogan has responded to the civil lawsuit filed by John Graziano’s family, claiming it’s John’s own fault he is lying in a hospital bed in a coma from injuries he sustained in a crash while riding as a passenger in Nick’s vehicle.

Some excerpts from the court documents:

John Graziano chose to violate Florida low by not wearing his seatbelt. Had John Graziano been wearing his seatbelt, he would not have sustained the injuries alleged in the Complaint.

John Graziano was the adult in the vehicle the day of the accident. He chose to get in the vehicle and, if he believed that Nick Bollea was driving in a negligent, reckless, willful or wanton way (a fact Nick Bollea denies), then as the adult in the vehicle, John Graziano, did nothing to supervise Nick Bollea.

If at any point in time John Graziano thought that Nick Bollea was driving in a negligent, reckless, willful or wanton way, John Graziano could have exited the 1998 Toyota Supra. The 1998 Toyota Supra was traveling on a city street and stopped at multiple stop lights prior to the accident. Despite repeated opportunities, at no point did John Graziano attempt to exit the 1998 Toyota Supra.

Assuming that Nick Bollea was negligent (a fact which Nick Bollea denies), John Graziano practically lived at the Bollea house. John Graziano knew Nick Bollea well and knew the 1998 Toyota Supra well. In fact, John Graziano had worked on the 1998 Toyota Supra and John Graziano had driven the 1998 Toyota Supra. John Graziano has been a passenger in the 1998 Toyota Supra innumerable times over the course of their multi-year friendship. John Graziano had spent the entire day of August 26, 2007 with Nick Bollea and knew Nick Bollea’s physical condition at the time of the accident. If there was any risk associated with riding as a passenger in the 1998 Toyota Supra, John Graziano knew of the risk and assumed the risk when he chose to be a passenger.

If Nick Bollea consumed alcohol prior to the accident, John Graziano provided the alcohol to Nick Bollea.

So let me get this straight – the defense is that John got into the car with Nick, didn’t have his seatbelt on, didn’t jump out of the car at any of the stoplights, and to top it off, practically lived at the Hogan home, therefore should have known better than to even be friends with Nick to begin with.

Yeah, this is clearly his own fault.

Are you even kidding me with this defense? Nick has shown no remorse, demonstrated no personal accountability and now he wants to be released from jail and be put under house arrest? Can you say douchebag?
