Dr.Phil is Sued For Fraud and Defamation

I know this title sounds shocking and downright crazy but….the ever so sweet Dr. Phil McGraw is being sued by the memorabilia dealer Thomas Riccio, who recently got his 15 minutes of fame via the O.J. Simpson trial.

OJ Simpson Verdict: GUILTY Of All 12 Counts

O.J. Simpson’s case went to the jury for deliberation midday on Friday, October 3, 2008.  After 13 hours of deliberation, the jury found Simpson guilty on all 12 counts and he was immediately taken into custody with sentencing scheduled for December 5.  He could end up in prison for 15 years – making him 76 [...]

This takes the cake and if it gets him off, well clearly O.J. Simpson is invincible.  After 3 weeks of testimony the decision of Simpson’s fate is now up to 12 jurors.
