Lisa Rinna and Richard Simmons appeared on a Friday segment of the Today Show.  Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford were doing a teaser for their upcoming segment and cut away to their guests.   Lisa and Richard were engaged in a  little impromptu wiggle and shake routine that had an embarrassing conclusion for Rinna.

The two were fooling around on a studio couch to the strains of some music while being taunted by the shows hosts.  Both Hoda and Kathie Lee could see that Lisa’s mini dress was riding higher by the millisecond and warned her that disaster was looming.   Rinna’s upskirt moment was quickly covered with her hand.

Kathie Lee remarked: “Lisa, you tramp.”

This is great! TMZ caught Richard Simmons on camera inviting the paparazzi into his exercise studio for a little tour and refreshments.

Have you seen the latest child paparazzi?  He is 14 and Richard kept calling him a 12 year old girl. The youngster went running from the studio. It’s too funny!

The 14 year old was shown on TV the other night getting in trouble from the cops for being out past his curfew. I gotta ask – where are this child’s parents?
