20/20 Rihanna Interview (FULL VIDEO)

The long awaited 20/20 Rihanna interview with Diane Sawyer aired last night on ABC. The singer revealed that her once harmonious relationship with Chris Brown turned into something obsessive and dangerous. It all came crashing down in February 2009 when he turned on her in a rage that has altered their lives forever.

The pair left a pre-Grammy party and began arguing in the car about a text message Brown had received from an ex-girlfriend and then lied about. Brown turned on Rihanna and repeatedly punched and bit her. He then choked her to the point of near unconsciousness, while threatening to kill her.

She eventually managed to get out of the car and began to walk, bloodied and crying hysterically. Someone heard her screams and called 911. She was taken to a hospital for treatment and gave a statement to police. The disturbing photo of her face was eventually leaked.

She regrets the fact that she reunited with Brown in Miami a month after the altercation. Things were strained between them and there was no longer any “soul in his eyes.” She admits it was a mistake, and it sent the wrong message to her fans.

Rihanna soon ended the reconciliation, admitting, “Even if Chris never hit me again, who is to say that their boyfriend won’t? Who’s to say that they won’t kill these girls? These are young girls, and I just didn’t realize how much of an impact I have on these girls’ lives until that happened. It was a wake-up call.”

Rihanna Interview With Diane Sawyer VIDEO

Rihanna has taped a two-part interview with Good Morning America host Diane Sawyer. The candid sit-down conversation, entitled Rihanna: Her Story, will air on Thursday, Nov. 5, and Friday, Nov. 6, on GMA, and again on 20/20 Friday night.

The one-on-one interview will be the first time that the singer has talked about the February 2009 attack that she suffered at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, musician Chris Brown. He was sentenced in August to five years probation, six-months of community service and one year of domestic violence counseling.

It is no coincidence that she is finally coming forward with her story. She has a new album Rated R, which is set to launch on November 23. She recently released the single Russian Roulette in advance of the album – see details and pics here.

Chris Brown has his own new album Graffiti set to drop on December 15. He leaked the cover on Twitter yesterday.

Chris Brown shared the cover art for his upcoming album Graffiti today on Twitter. Set to release on December 15, the singer is said to be experimenting in a different musical direction. He said, “I want to change it up and really be different.”

The futuristic photo shows the singer dressed in black, with an electric guitar balanced on its side over one shoulder. He is seen wielding a spray can at several funky cartoon characters with nasty teeth who appear to be huddled and cowering in a bottom corner.

Brown also posted some still photos from his upcoming Crawl music video. He debuted a music video on MTV for the single I Can Transform Ya on October 27.

Rihanna recently released her new single Russian Roulette – LISTEN. Her long awaited fourth studio album Rated R releases on November 23.

Chris Brown’s Twitter to Rihanna Sparks Feud

With an apology, saying: (sic) “IM SORRY YALL. JUST HAD TO POST IT,” Chris Brown posted a link to a YouTube video montage of his relationship with ex-girlfriend Rihanna, set to R. Kelly’s “The Way We Used to Be” on his Twitter page.

He immediately followed that post with: “FOR THE FELLAS: showing emotion doesn’t make u weak… BEING HONEST MAKES U STRONG”

The posts sparked a spat between Brown and celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton, when Perez tweeted: “You’re right. But beating and biting your girlfriend DOES make you weak! You are weak!”

Brown answered: “who cares what perez thinks… he looks like shrek.lmao.. and his purpose is pointless. HE A CELEB GROUPIE. kick rockz”

“It’s not just me, sweetie. EVERYONE thinks that beating and biting a woman is weak! Don’t deflect; ACCEPT. You = weak!” retorted Perez.

Couple Alert: Rihanna and Travis London

Up and coming R&B singer Travis London is said to be dating singer Rihanna. The two were introduced by Rihanna’s mentor Jay-Z.

While in Berlin, Germany working on her latest album cover and video, they were spotted out and about. The source called it a “romantic rendezvous.”

US Weekly is saying that the two have been dating for three months now–adding that Rihanna thinks he’s sweet. London used to date Mary-Kate Olsen.

Ryan Seacrest debuted Rihanna’s latest single Russian Roulette on his radio show the other morning. Listen here.

Rihanna Debuts New Single Russian Roulette (LISTEN)

Rihanna debuted her new single Russian Roulette on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning. The song, written and produced by Ne-Yo, is the hot new single from her long awaited fourth studio album Rated R. The album drops on Monday, November 23.

The song, first played at 11:23 a.m. EST on Tuesday, weaves the story of a woman who is contemplating suicide. Though the words suggest she decides not to go through with it, the song ends with a gunshot.

Rihanna’s November 23rd Surprise

One can only speculate what singer Rihanna was talking about on her Twitter page yesterday when she said, “The Wait Is Ova. Nov 23 09.”

Not only is that message on her Twitter page but it is also on her personal website. So of course along with the rest of the web, we are assuming that a new album is about to be released.

Rihanna shot the cover on October 8 with Ellen von Unwerth in Berlin. She was dressed in heels and a white fur coat that was worn over a flesh colored leotard – see photo shoot video below.

The “Umbrella” singer has been working with performers Justin Timberlake, Tyson Ritter, All-American Rejects, Drake, Ne-Yo and Akon. According to Timberlake, the stuff that he and Rihanna have been working on is “more grownup and has some edge to it.”

Play by Play of Chris Brown’s Attack on Rihanna

Do we need a play by play? Probably not. Singer Chris Brown was sentenced this week to six months of community labor in Virginia and was ordered not to have contact with Rihanna for the next five years in a plea agreement that was reached after he was found guilty of assaulting the singer last February.

Now TMZ has the police report from the night of the incident and has released it for public viewing. The details are disturbing and five years probation doesn’t quite seem like justice to us. The most current court reports are stating that this was not the first time that Brown laid a hand on Rihanna.

Police officers responded to a screaming woman sitting in a vehicle. They stated that she was very upset and crying. Here is a recount of the night from the police report:

“The victim said that she became enraged and slammed both of her fists against the dashboard on the passenger side of the car they were in. She reported that the defendant then pulled the vehicle over and reached over her with his right hand. He opened the door and tried to force the victim out.”

“Brown was unsuccessful due to the fact that she was wearing a seat belt. When that plan fell through, he then took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window. He proceeded to punch her in the left eye with his right hand and continued to drive.”

“The beating continued as he continued to drive. Rihanna recounted that her mouth filled with blood due to the hits and when she looked in the mirror to see herself, Chris told her that when they got home he was going to beat the sh*t out of her, saying, “You wait and see.”"

“Attempting to stop the madness, Rihanna tried calling her assistant for help and when she didn’t answer, the call the singer pretended that she did and told her to make sure the police were at the house when she got home. What she thought would stop the beating just made Brown more angry and he told her that she just made the biggest mistake of her life and that now he was going to kill her.”

Rihanna and Chris Brown Spend Weekend in NYC Hotel

Rihanna and Chris Brown spent the weekend at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York City.

Brown and Rihanna checked into separate rooms at the hotel on Friday, spending the next two days coming and going in separate cars.

According to the NY Post:

The two appear to have taken great measures to avoid public exposure, including the use of decoy vehicles to throw off reporters and photographers. As of last night, the secretive performers hadn’t been seen together.

Brown has a restraining order which forbids him from seeing Rihanna. The hip hop artist pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault after the incident that left Rihanna bleeding and bruised on February 8.

What seems like a harmful act may get singer Rihanna and East Side Ink into a bit of trouble with the NYC Police. On Wednesday night the singer stopped by the parlor and played artist – tattoo artist that is.

No biggie right? Rihanna dropped by the shop around 8 p.m. to chat with her regular tattoo artist, BangBang. He is the ink artist responsible for Rihanna’s “shhh” and gun tattoos. The owner, Yadira shared a little tidbit with OK!

“We were all just hanging out, joking and laughing. BangBang decided he wanted a tattoo from her. So he drew up a design – a simple umbrella with a swirly “R” under it – which was then transferred onto his lower leg. Rihanna, who had never tattooed anyone before, then went over the design with the needle.”

The fun didn’t stop there. Two other artists, Josh Lord and Patrick Conlon must have liked what they saw because they both got the same tattoos as well but their masterpieces were numbered 2 and 3.

It took RiRi about 15 minutes per tattoo and the artist left the tattoo shop around 11 p.m. to rave reviews by BangBang, who told her that if her singing career ever fell through, he’d hire her in a New York minute and Josh said that his new ink was his personal favorite tattoo.

East Side Ink is taking the police investigation in stride – they feel like whatever happens, happens because they now have a unique personal gift from Rihanna engraved in their skin.

As for the singer, if she is charged with the misdemeanor she will be fined $300 for the first tattoo, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third…..chump change from her perspective.
