Tila Tequila Stolen Sex Tape Leaked

Maybe it’s just us, but, if you were to make a sex tape with your partner or with some random fling, should you REALLY keep it on your laptop? This seems to be a common mistake among celebrities and many of them end up burned when the PC goes missing.

The latest victim of a stolen sex tape is Tila Tequila. She reported her personal laptop stolen two years ago and it has apparently resurfaced. The PC contains x-rated situations of the reality star. We’re guessing the thief didn’t realize what he had until now.

A website called 4tube.com published a clip of Tila and an unidentified man in several compromising positions. Tequila states that she will take legal action against the site for posting her personal video footage.

Tila’s lawyer Cyrus Nownejad told TMZ, “A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if not removed.”

How do we take someone seriously who was just on Ustream last week naked and talking crazy? The footage was later removed, most likely when her lawyer or manager caught wind of the all-access free look into Tila’s world. Check out more on that here.

Will Vivid Entertainment Release Prejean Sex Tapes?

The big question right now is: will Vivid Entertainment release Carrie Prejean’s solo sex tapes for all the world to see? They say YES. Vivid clains to be moving forward with their plan to publish video tapes and photographs of Prejean with or without her permission.

TMZ obtained a copy of the letter that Prejean lawyer Charles LiMandri sent to Vivid. The document states that Carrie will sue for invasion of privacy, misappropriation of her likeness as well as public disclosure of private facts…if Vivid follows through.

Prejean’s lawyer claims that in some of the footage his client was underage. The ex boyfriend begs to differ, saying she was 20 at the time.

The couple reportedly met on MySpace. The videos in question were shot while she was the reigning Miss San Diego. According to the ex, there are 15-20 little gems.

Carrie Prejean has been a hot topic this week after it was revealed that she made multiple sex tapes for her ex-boyfriend. Now we are hearing from the ex-boyfriend and the plot thickens. He says she was 20-years-old when she recorded the sexually graphic cellphone videos and sent them to him for his reaction.

The couple met on MySpace when she was 19-years-old and the reigning Miss San Diego. He traveled to visit her in February 2007 and they spent four days together in a hotel. They continued their long distance relationship via cellphone and computer. According to the ex, she recorded 15-20 explicit video tapes while they would speaking on the phone and then she would send the footage to him at the end of each call.

After the sex tape scandal broke, it didn’t take Prejean long to call the ex-boyfriend. He said that she was furious and asked him to lie and say that she was 17-years-old at the time they were created. He told her “no way.”

It appears he has sold one or more of them to the Miss California USA organization. Pageant officials used the tapes as leverage to settle a lawsuit with Prejean.

The former Miss California USA 2008 appeared last night on Larry King Live. She called the show host “inappropriate” when he tried to get her to discuss the lawsuit settlement details. She actually removed her mic and threatened to leave the studio – see video here.

Shauna Sand Sex Tape Will Go Forward

It’s funny how fast things change! Just two short weeks ago we heard how mortified Shauna Sand was over a sex-tape that had surfaced, showing her engaging in sex acts with her current boyfriend. Not only did it surface, but Vivid Entertainment claims Sand signed a contract that would allow them to air the video.

After Vivid announced that they would be moving forward with the distribution of Shauna’s sex tape, she hired a lawyer to stop the project. That move was short lived and we have since learned that Shauna has dropped the lawsuit and is now backing the project.

We smell a pay-off, but Sands claims the reason behind dropping the suit was because it could prove to be “long and expensive”, says TMZ.

Shauna’s ex husband Lorenzo Lamas and his children recently launched their own reality show, Leave It to Lamas on the E! network. Seems like perfect timing on the “sex tape”.

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart Sex Tape with Kari Ann Peniche – McSteamy Indeed

A 12-minute sex tape featuring Grey’s Anatomy’s Dr. McSteamy, Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart, with fallen beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche has hit the internet.

Peniche, a former Miss Teen USA, lost her crown in 2002 after she posed for Playboy. The 25-year-old was kicked off Dr. Drew Pinsky’s Celebrity Rehab earlier this year, where she was being treated for sex addiction. She allegedly threw vases at cast and crew, stole from her roommate, Mindy McCready, and hosted “drug dealer types” at the Sun Valley sober house.

Peniche is most recently rumored to be working as a madam in Hollywood, calling herself “Tristan Bailey.” She had reportedly been showing the video of the threesome around to friends.

Beverly Hills 90210’s Gayheart, 38, made headlines in 2001 when she ran over and killed a nine-year-old boy crossing the street, while talking on her cell phone. Controversy caught up with her again in June, when the National Enquirer ran a 2003 photo of her with a crack pipe and another woman in a bathtub.

The threesome appear inebriated in the video as they lounge around nude in Peniche’s apartment. At one point Gayheart says she needs to lie down because she’s so high.

Dane, 36, tapes the two women as they romp naked in the tub. Gayheart says, “I’m not a huge advocate of drugs…but it is kinda fun.”

Dane and Gayheart have hired lawyer Marty Singer, who has threatened to sue anyone who publishes the video. Singer says he asked Peniche how the tape got leaked, and she responded, “I have no idea. I had nothing to do with it.”

Gawker has published a 3 1/2 minute NSFW censored version of the sex tape.

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester is the latest celebrity caught up in a sex tape scandal.

The 23-year-old actress, who was number 12 on Maxim’s Hot 100 list in 2009, is allegedly seen having sex with her boyfriend in the video, which was bought by celebhotline.com.

The tape, which is said to have been shot a few years ago, was being shopped around yesterday, and still photos from the video can be found on Celeb Hotline, with a link to the tape.

Diana Bianchi Peter Cook Sex Tape

Christie Brinkley’s ex-husband Peter Cook has been rumored to have created a sex tape with his teenage girlfriend Diana Bianchi. Page Six has confirmed that the tape does indeed exist based upon still photos they have viewed that show the couple nude and having sex on a brown loveseat in Cook’s Southhampton architectural office.

The stills also show Bianchi performing a striptease for her boyfriend Peter Cook. Bianchi, who became embroiled in the Brinkley Cook divorce trial, was reportedly shocked to find out that Cook had taped their sexual escapades.

Bianci was reportedly paid $300,000 by Cook in a recent settlement. She was told that the sex tape and nude photos would be held in escrow and would never see the light of day if she signed off on the agreement. Now is has become clear that the tape and photos have been leaked and will be hitting the Internet shortly.

Based upon this new information, Joe Tacopina, Bianchi’s attorney, indicates he and his client are going over all of their options and may well sue Cook over the video and photos.

Well you knew it was just a matter of time. Rumors of a Britney Spears sex tape have made their rounds on the net for quite some time, but now Britney’s former boyfriend Adnan Galib is hot to sell two hours of X-rated footage shot when the two were in Mexico.

“There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical inquiries,” says the ~~snake~~ paparazzo who was able to weasel his way into Britney’s life. “Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.”

“I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney,” Adnan claims.

Yeah, because he’s so ethical and all, right? I give it a month if and when the sex tape is sold before he starts shopping a tell all.

According to an unnamed source, the sex tape features Britney naked wearing the infamous pink wig.

Moving forward, Kim has been dating NFL player Reggie Bush for a little over a year and the two seem very much in love. Kim did an interview with Radar magazine recently and talked about her body:

“I love that I am curvy, but I am on a major kick to try and lose weight, especially in my butt. I am just over it! When you are posing on the red carpet and the paparazzi shout, ‘Turn Around, Turn Around!’ – it gets a little offensive. I have seen magazines where plastic surgeons are saying, ‘If you want a butt like this then it has to be fake.’ I’m just like ‘dude have you ever seen an Armenian girl before?”

Kim has dodged rumors throughout the years that her curvy behind was made ample with implants. Personally I don’t think it is fake –look at Jennifer Lopez. Nobody is calling her butt fake.

Ashley Alexandra Dupre ‘Girls Gone Wild’ Video

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the call girl involved in the Elliot Spitzer sex scandal, was unsuccessful in blocking the release of a video filmed during Spring Break 2003 as part of the Girls Gone Wild series.

Dupre dropped a $10 million lawsuit after Girls Gone Wild CEO Joe Francis provided a video clip of 17-year-old Dupre wearing only a towel and giving her name as Amber Arpaio. Asked if she is 18 and if the footage can be used on Girls Gone Wild, Dupre responds yes to both questions and presents a fake driver’s license. (See video below)

Francis is now releasing seven full length videos featuring the former call girl.

In a statement Francis said, “Now that the distraction of this frivolous lawsuit is behind us and I have been vindicated, yet again, we’ve been given the green light to provide her with all the public exposure she could ask for.”

Nude photos of Dupre surfaced in March after she was identified as Spitzer’s high-priced call girl “Kristen” in the Emperors Club VIP prostitution ring.

Francis initially offered Dupre $1 million to appear in one of his videos and do a Girls Gone Wild promotional tour, which he rescinded when he realized he already had footage of her.
