Adam Lambert wrapped up the 2009 American Music Awards with a racy rendition of his new single, the title track from For Your Entertainment. His steamy choreography, heavily laced with sexual overtones, will likely be the hottest topic of the day.
He kissed a male dancer, and engaged in simulated gratification moves with both male and female performers. After the performance he seemed offended by suggestions that the act was too risque and vigorously defended his moves.
Lambert told Rolling Stone, “It’s a shame because I think that there’s a double standard going on in the entertainment community right now. Female performers have been doing this for years — pushing the envelope about sexuality — and the minute a man does it, everybody freaks out. It’s time to take risks, be a little more brave, time to open people’s eyes and if it offends them, then maybe I’m not for them.”
According to Lambert, there were several unscripted and spontaneous moments during the performance, including a misstep that caused him to fall to the floor.
Check out the performance on the uncensored video below and do let us know – was it too racy for general public consumption or brilliant, edgy and entertaining.

Breathtaking and head turning was what last night’s 2009 American Music Awards were all about. So many different styles, yet true to form, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert all had one thing in common…shock factor.
I have often wondered if the AMA picks the costume designers for the musicians. Did anone else notice that there were an awful lot of spikes on the clothing?
Speaking of Adam Lambert, his performance has been described as brilliantly freakish. Check it out here.
Check out all of the photos below and let us know your picks for best and worst dressed on this year’s red carpet.

What? Is this some kind of joke? According to TMZ, Dr. Conrad Murray, currently the number one suspect in the death of singer Michael Jackson, is going back to work tomorrow to resume practicing medicine.
Murray’s lawyer confirmed the news and stated that Conrad would be at Armstrong Medical Clinic in Houston starting on Monday, November 23, 2009.
One might assume that most people would NOT go back to THAT doctor. On second thought, why wouldn’t somebody who is looking for a little pain relief go to him? There may well be a line extending all the way around the block. We’re just saying…
Check out video of the good doctor at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Houston earlier today.

It is Miss California USA pageant weekend and one of the highlights is the parade of swimsuits. A total of 133 contestants took center stage in Rancho Mirage, California during the weekend of November 20-22, 2009 to compete in the preliminary swimsuit competition.
The goal of these gorgeous contestants was to impress the panel of judges who crowned Miss California USA 2010 on Sunday evening.
Rumor had it that the judges planned to pick two winners after the problems they have had in the past two competitions, where the first runner-up picks stepped in after the 2008 winner Christina Silva was disqualified and the 2009 winner Carrie Prejean was fired. That turned out to be false.
Winning the title Miss California USA 2010 was Miss Sherwood Nicole Johnson. First runner-up was Miss Beverly Hills Nana Meriwether. Second runner-up was Miss Citrus Valley Nia Sanchez. Third runner-up was Miss Greater San Diego Jessica Morgan. Fourth runner-up was Miss Tarzana Brandi Lea Milloy. See their photos below.
We’ve put together a photo gallery from the swimsuit event. Check them out below and let us know who you think rocks her swimsuit best.

We are used to seeing the glitz and glam side of Hollywood royalty, right? Well — some your favorite celebrities have recently been caught off-guard on camera in full goof-off mode and we’re only too happy to share those moments with our readers.
Not everyone is goofing off in our gallery below. Some of our subjects were just not very photogenic and would most certainly prefer to see the candid moment buried forever rather than see it offered up for posterity.
