Adam Levine has purchased a six bedroom, seven bathroom home called the “Benedict House” in the Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills for $4,380,000.
The 6,539 square foot single story ranch house was built in 1940, and sits on 3.66 gated acres on a canyon view ridge in Wallingford Estates above Beverly Hills.
A long driveway leads to a large motor court partially girdled by the house, attached two car garage and separate studio space.
The house has formal living and dining rooms, a spacious den/office with fireplace, and an open plan informal living space which includes a family room with built-in entertainment center, fireplace and French doors which open to the outdoor entertaining areas. A center island kitchen with granite counter tops and white raised-panel cabinetry is separated from the family room by a high breakfast bar.
The property includes a swimming pool, spa and lighted-championship-sized tennis court.
The Voice judge and Maroon Five frontman also owns a one-bedroom bachelor pad in the Los Feliz area of the Hollywood Hills which was featured last spring in Architectural Digest.
